I can’t say enough wonderful things about Serenity Smiles! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. The staff is warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The office itself is modern, spotless, and truly lives up to the name “Serenity”, it has such a calming atmosphere. My appointment was handled with such care and attention. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed. The doctor and hygienists were gentle yet thorough, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. They also provided excellent guidance for maintaining my dental health moving forward. What really stood out is how much they genuinely care about their patients. They go above and beyond to create a positive experience, and it shows in every detail. Great place, everyone is kind and happy to be there. They are always on time, and fit me in early. Everyone is professional and friendly who wants to make sure the customer is happy. It is beautifully appointed and a comfortable place using equipment that has to be cutting edge. It’s new to me and I spend a lot of time in dentist chair. I was searching and searching for a new place to get my teethed clean and glad I stopped on Serenity Smile. I was there today and heard the doctor walking from room to room saying hello, answering questions and making sure we all were OK. No dentist does that and I was impressed. Last great perk - the dentistry is right in the middle of our “hood” on Via De Ventura and Hayden on the second floor of where Butters used to be. It’s in the same parking lot as Grass Roots and ZIPPS.

Honestly one of the best experiences I have had at a dental office!!! Wow. Robin was The office manager who went over my treatment and was so knowledgeable and understanding of my situation! She explained everything so well so I knew what I was doing. Dr. Waters, incredible work!! He made me feel so comfortable and easy with my treatment. He was thorough and took his time with my treatment. He did a wonderful job and so happy with the results. I have been to many dentist’s in Arizona and he is now at the top of the list! So glad I found this office. Thank you serenity smiles.
