I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Bobbi and the entire team at Shadyside Place. My daughter has received exceptional care from the very beginning. Every single person we’ve encountered has been kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They always take the time to listen to our concerns, explain everything thoroughly, and make sure she feels comfortable. As a parent, finding healthcare providers you completely trust means everything, and we have that with Dr. Bobbi and her staff. The level of compassion and professionalism they show is truly outstanding. We drive two hours for her appointments, and I wouldn’t think twice about making the trip because the care she receives is worth every mile. I highly recommend Dr. Bobbi and her amazing team to anyone looking for excellent dental care with people who truly treat their patients like family.

Would not recommend to my family and friends. Went in for a standard biannual cleaning and it felt like the Hygienist was rushing through the appointment and my cleaning wasn’t done well. They charged me $80 for “oral hygiene instructions” and $36 for a “fluoride polish” on top of the cleaning fees that my insurance covers. They also said I had two cavities coming in that needed filling. I went to a different dentist for my next cleaning and they said I had no cavities. They also said fluoride varnish and “hygiene instructions” are not billed separately to the client and that this dentist was just going for a money grab. Get a second opinion.

I started going here when my dentist moved out of the city. Glad I did. Everything that my old dentist let me push off, they have fixed. Costly, yes. Worth it, absolutely!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience today at the dentist office.. Crystal who was my hygienist was the best I've ever had she is a true professional and so knowledgeable. If you are looking for a new dentist office to go to I highly recommend them

They charged my credit card and I don't know how that's possible because I live in California not PA. They might possibly be scammers or hackers because I never gave them my card information ever. I got an alert for a charge from them that luckily got denied.

I interacted with 3 dental employees and 2 front desk employees. All seemed knowledgeable and were friendly. It’s expensive though as one CT scan cost $150 not covered by insurance plus I had to pay $150 in advance for appointment with the periodontist.

So I've grown up never loving going to the dentist - not just because of the digging and prying in my mouth. The team here have completely changed my feelings on how great this experience could be. From Karen up front - seriously one of the most kind, professional admins I've ever seen to every hygienist that has done my cleanings. The experience here to me is the new standard. If you're in the market for a new dentist, look no further.

Excellent experience, staff and office! Each employee I encountered was friendly and professional. From the start, Karyn was so kind and helpful while establishing myself as a new patient. Hygienist Julisa was so welcoming and extra gentle while cleaning my teeth -- something that you doesn't always happen at the dentist! Dr. Bobbie was so patient and thorough during my exam and discussed my concerns and management moving forward. Even the general manager Michael personally took the time to introduce himself and make sure I was satisfied with my visit. The entire office was beautiful, clean and modern.
