I had a great experience with Dr. Andrea. She is knowledgeable, gentle, and very reassuring throughout the treatment. I truly appreciate her expertise and caring approach, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent dental care. The reception team were also very welcoming, kind, and helpful, making the entire experience even better.

I had a great experience with Dr. Kristina Reshtovskaya for both cavity treatment and a new crown. She is meticulous, gentle, and very professional. What sets her apart is how she anticipates the patient’s needs—she remembers my specific sensitivities and makes sure I’m comfortable every step of the way. Her personalized approach and focus on patient comfort are second to none. I’m beyond happy with the results! I am also very grateful to Dr. Yazan Bizreh, who handled the other part of my treatment. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Yazan Bizreh for his exceptional professionalism. He treated my root canals using a microscope, and the work was incredibly meticulous and completely painless. Dr. Yazan is very calm, attentive, and a true expert in his field. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs complex endodontic treatment!

‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ I came to the clinic today even though my regular dentist is Dr. Andrea, whom I truly appreciate wasn’t there. I have visited this branch several times before, done dental scans, an orthopantomogram, and other examinations that were previously recommended by the clinic, and I have always been very satisfied with the care, especially with Dr. Andrea. However, I feel the need to leave this review because of the experience I had today with the receptionist and the dentist who was on duty this Sunday. I came with a dental abscess and I am currently on antibiotics. I was simply hoping that the doctor could spare 20–30 seconds to tell me whether I should continue the antibiotic or not. I politely asked the receptionist if the doctor could see me for literally less than a minute, just so I could quickly ask that one question. The receptionist said she would check, typed something into the system, and then told me she wasn’t sure because another patient was coming. I explained again that I truly needed less than a minute, just to briefly ask the doctor a simple question. Instead of giving me a quick answer or checking with the doctor directly, the situation kept being delayed. In the end, the receptionist booked an appointment in the system and I received a message saying I had an appointment scheduled, supposedly requiring a payment of 300 AED. I understand that money is important for everyone and that clinics need to charge for their services. However, sometimes it is worth asking whether being a good and honest person should come first. At the end of the day, God sees everything. Money is not always the most important thing in this world, but having a clear conscience and dignity certainly is. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating. As someone who has already been a patient here multiple times and has followed the clinic’s recommendations for scans and examinations, I expected at least a moment of understanding for a very quick question related to a current dental infection. Unfortunately, this experience left me with a very negative impression. As someone who is followed by many people on social media, I feel it is only fair to publicly share my dissatisfaction with this situation. I wish you all the best, but after this experience I will not be returning to Joy Clinic.

I really appreciate how Dr. Andrea explains every step along the way so I always know what’s happening and feel completely at ease. The whole team is warm, patient, and genuinely caring. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and very professional, and appointments are always smooth and on time. I’m truly grateful for the care and attention I receive every time. I’ll start with the main issue — there is a complete lack of transparency in pricing and in providing patients with their results. After my appointment and procedures, I paid for an X-ray, which alone cost 600 AED, but despite multiple requests and waiting for over a week, the X-ray was never sent to my email. I had to request my records and seek a consultation at another clinic. For comparison, another clinic provided a full printed treatment plan with clear pricing within 30 minutes, without any issues or follow-ups needed. That said, the clinic itself is clean and well-maintained, and Dr. Kristina is very understanding, attentive, and explains everything clearly. The clinic has potential, but without transparent pricing and respect for a patient’s right to receive paid medical results, the overall experience is disappointing.

I've been struggling with my wisdom teeth pain for months, and I'm so happy I found Dr. Joy Dental Clinic. They even accept Tabby payments, which really helped a lot. I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Kamila. The procedure was incredibly fast, and I didn’t feel a single bit of pain. Even during the recovery days, I was completely pain free it honestly feels like magic, as if my teeth had just disappeared! Big thanks to Dr. Kamila for taking the pain away. Also, to the lovely receptionist girl from South Africa (I didn’t get her name) she was really kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone!!!🫶🫶🫶
