Been coming here since I was a kid. The experience is always great and they do so well with making me feel comfortable! Best dental experience!
Great experience.
I absolutely love the experience I had at Sharmin Dental Clinic. The staff is always in good spirit 🙌 (y hablan español) The doctors are very professional they always explained everything made me feel comfortable 🫡 each visit. I have experienced great improvements since day one 🦷🙏🏻 😁 I am Forever grateful for Sharmin Dental clinic. I practically got treated like family. 100% recommend it. Thank you guys! ❤️
Excellent service, very professional and efficient. I am grateful for the procedure offered.
I showed up early and it took an hour for me to get called back for my appointment. The office is dirty and they had patients on dental chairs in a literal hallway. The receptionist and dentist were not able to give me a straight answer about what my insurance covered and tried to take/charge me for X-rays when I had already told them I had recent X-rays to send them. The doctor wasn’t even able to understand what I was saying when I explained my dental history and the issues I was having. Ultimately I left the appointment early and received no care.
Sharmin Dental is always very busy, which tells you how trusted they are — but they are incredibly efficient. The team runs like a well-organized system. I was seen in a timely manner, the staff was professional and courteous, and everything moved smoothly from check-in to checkout. You can tell they value both quality care and your time. Highly recommend!
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Sharman Clinic. From the moment I walked in, the place was immaculately clean. Fanny and the other front desk staff greeted me with such warmth and kindness. Once I was taken to the back, I met Dr. Shahriari, who performed my dental crown procedure on my front tooth. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Sharmin. Both of them exceeded my expectations. The dental assistant, Emeralda, was also incredible. The entire procedure was completely painless, and I was in and out so quickly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Sharmin Clinic and Dr. Shahriari!
I went in for some dental work today. This dentist did one of the most disgusting things I have seen to date. 1. The staff members are nice. They're cordial, respectful, and efficient. 2. The dentist didn't wash his hands. He came out of another exam room with the same gloves on and didn't trash them. Why would anyone want to be walking around the dentist office with used gloves on, touching on different things around the office? I'm germophobic and to see that sets my anxiety up to skyrocket. 3. The dentist proceeded to come near me with dirty gloves on. I guess the look on my face said a lot because while sitting on his work stool, rolled out into the hallway, put his hand under the hand sanitizer machine to get some sanitizer but there wasn't any in that machine. So he got up, went to the front, got some hand sanitizer, and returned still rubbing it into the gloves. Then he took the same gloves and put his hands on his dirt sitting stool to wheel it back into the office where I was. 4. I had to tell this dentist, "I'm not comfortable with that. I'm going to need you to wash your hands and put on a new pair of gloves." He said, "But I put ..." and at that point, I cut him off and said, "No. Mm, no. I'm going to need fresh hands and new gloves, please and thanks." He was flustered at the thought of me advocating for myself, however he obliged. 5. The nurse or dental assistant liked to hear herself talk especially after speaking over me as I asked a question. She also did a little huff relaying her frustration. Why was she frustrated? I don't know. It's my assumption (I could be wrong, but I don't know) that she wasn't happy that I turned down having to go through more pain for a dental option that was offered. I don't know WTH is wrong with people in society! Why don't y'all want to wash your damn hands?! Good Grief!! I don't want to ruin this man's business, however, I have to let people know of the unsanitary conditions this office has going on. You decide if 🫵🏽🫵🏽🫵🏽YOU are okay with someone reusing old gloves to do dental work on you after using them on someone else followed by touching several dirty surfaces. I'm not that person. I'm going to look for a new dentist. 2 ⭐⭐ Stars - NOT Highly Recommended.
On my Spring Break vacation when I suddenly got a crippling pain on the right side of my face. This was the 2nd day I was looking for someone to take me in. I was vomiting from the pain and the massive amount of Tylenol I had been taking. I was ready to book a flight back home. I could NOT stand my pain. I called on a SUNDAY morning and the receptionist was very nice and understanding when I explained my situation to her. She booked me for the same day. When I got to the office they took an Xray turns out I had cracked my wisdom tooth in half. Dr. Sharmin saw the pain I was in. He immediately put the area to sleep while I waited for the oral surgeon to remove my tooth. I do not have dental insurance so they explained the cost which was VERY responsable and I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip. THANK YOU !!
