I had a dental procedure with Dr. Hyun at Oakville Sheridan Dental. Long story short, the entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. I’m usually a bit nervous about dental procedures, but Dr. Hyun made me feel very comfortable. He carefully assessed the condition of my tooth and handled the procedure accordingly, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. He genuinely cared from beginning to end, and the procedure went very smoothly with barely any pain. The clinic was also very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I’m really glad I chose this dental office and would definitely recommend Dr. Hyun and the team!

The office is always spotless and I appreciate that they use high quality air purifiers, creating a clean and comfortable environment. Dr. Hyun, along with the entire team of dentists, hygienists, and front desk staff including Nikki, Aurora, and Jessica is professional, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care. Even my young daughter feels completely comfortable coming here, which says a lot about how kind and patient everyone is.

Sarah Cho, the hygienist was so kind, patient, and informative, making my child feel comfortable throughout the visit. Everyone was friendly and professional. I had a great experience with Dr. Junhyun An at Sheridan Garden Dental. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain everything, which really helped me feel at ease. What stood out most was how supportive and patient he was throughout the entire visit—he genuinely cares about his patients’ comfort and understanding. I also want to mention Nikki at the front desk—she was incredibly understanding and helpful with the administrative side of things, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Daniel and his entire team are truly exceptional. His work is excellent, and you always feel you are in the hands of someone you can completely trust. What makes the clinic even more special is the atmosphere, from the moment you walk in, the front desk staff make you feel like family. It is a rare combination of professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. It is no surprise the practice is becoming so busy.

After my procedure, I asked for a toothbrush kit as is standard at most dental offices. Then I was told they “only give them to hygiene patients” because they “get extremely expensive,” along with “we’re not like other dentists.” If basic oral care kits are considered “extremely expensive,” that says enough about Dr.Hyun dentistry. Dental work was ok but can one get dental service without engaging front desk interaction? Isn’t front desk an integral part of visit to a dentist?

Terrible service, told me lies to get me to opt into services, that I was reassured numerous times would be covered under insurance. Turns out it isn't. Service was subpar, the people doing the work just seem to want to finish as soon as possible, and are constantly distracted with chats WHILE performing work!!!!
