Shu Ping Rong, DDS

I have been going to Dr. Rong for cleaning and checking up for 2 years. Compared to my many dentists in the previous years, this is definitely the best dental office one can find in NYC. The entire team is professional, courteous, respectful, and kind. The hygienist (Ms. Ting) is always incredibly thorough and gentle. A perfectionist! The post cleaning exam that both Dr. Rong and Dr. Hong performed is very thorough as well. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of my teeth. Highly recommended!

I've been very happy to have Dr Shu Pong Rong as my dentist. At my age, I've had decades of dental work, and a lot has been painful, slow, and complicated. That's why I'm so glad to have meherra her colleagues. Every time I have work done I know it will be perfect! I've never had pain, even with extractions and root canals. This is amazing - the first time in my life. Believe me, hours of slow grinding, frightening work was my dental experience in the past. The staff isprofessional, efficient and friendly. Excellent service from start to finish! The front desk staff was kind and efficient, and the dentist took the time to explain my treatment options without rushing me. The clinic is modern, clean, and very well managed. I will definitely be coming back for my future dental care.

The environment is super clean and modern. The dental hygienists are always super caring and gentle when it comes to the cleaning. She spoke in such a gentle and soothing tone, which immediately made me feel at ease. Her cleaning was incredibly thorough, yet very soft and careful — I barely felt any discomfort. Thanks to her, I no longer dread going to the dentist. I’m truly grateful to Dr. Katty for her wonderful care! Highly recommended.also the front desk girls are helpful too.

Unfortunately, the receptionist was rude and lacked professionalism during my visit. Questions about my treatment and referral were handled in a way that felt abrupt and unhelpful. A little kindness and respect can go a long way when speaking with patients.
