Richard was very gentle during the cleaning while still being thorough, and he took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. His friendly attitude and attention to detail made the visit stress-free and pleasant. I highly recommend Richard to anyone looking for outstanding dental care. Very frustrating experience. I gave this clinic two chances and both times involved long, unacceptable wait times. First visit, I waited over an hour after my procedure for the doctor — only when I said I couldn’t wait anymore did she come. Second visit, I waited 50+ minutes while the doctor finished another procedure. It makes me wonder — if I came late, would they still see me? Or is only the doctor’s time valuable? Pricing is also unclear and keeps increasing. I was told I needed a crown, but then my root canal cost went up by $400 for a “temporary filling” that was never clearly explained. With ~$1500 for the crown on top, this is not cheap. If you want to spend half your day there watching their ceiling TV with ocean scenes, you’re more than welcome — otherwise, it’s a total waste of time. Front desk lacks knowledge, overall very unprofessional place. Not coming back and would not recommend.
