Pediatric + ortho in Santa Clara, Winchester Blvd
Smyleee Rating
Outstanding
Silicon Valley Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics in Santa Clara is the North Winchester Boulevard location of a multi-doctor pediatric-and-orthodontic practice that pairs kids' dental care with orthodontic services in the same office. For Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, and the western edge of San Jose where Winchester Boulevard runs the corridor between the malls and downtown Santa Clara, the location is convenient for families across the broader West Valley who'd otherwise have to coordinate between separate pediatric dentists and orthodontists at different addresses on different days of the week, often in different parts of the metro entirely.
The pediatric program covers preventive cleanings, dental sealants for cavity prevention on the molars, fluoride treatments calibrated to each kid's risk profile, restorative fillings when cavities form, and pediatric emergency visits when accidents happen. Orthodontic services run alongside, including early-intervention evaluations around age 7, traditional braces during the tween/teen years, and clear aligner options for older kids who can comply with wear-time requirements. The two service lines coordinate with each other on growth and bite changes, which matters for cases where ortho timing depends on retained baby teeth or eruption sequences.
For Santa Clara families with kids approaching the age of orthodontic evaluation, having dental and ortho care in the same practice eliminates the standard referral handoff and keeps the whole growth picture in one team's view across the years it takes for the permanent dentition to come in.
For Santa Clara and West Valley families researching a kid-friendly dental clinic in Santa Clara, a pediatric dentist in Santa Clara for special needs children, or a child dentist near Santa Clara with sedation options, this practice handles those situations as part of the standard pediatric program. The integrated peds-and-ortho format particularly helps families managing several kids on different dental and orthodontic timelines simultaneously over the long arc of growing-up dental care that often spans most of a decade per child.
The Santa Clara location of Silicon Valley Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics on North Winchester Boulevard, offering pediatric dental care alongside orthodontics — useful for Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, and West San Jose families wanting integrated care.

Sedation dentistry helps patients stay calm and comfortable during treatment, a valuable option for anyone anxious about dental visits.
Traditional braces use fixed brackets and wires to correct crowding, gaps, and bite problems across a wide range of cases.
Orthodontic care assesses how the teeth and bite are developing and guides each patient toward the treatment that best fits their goals.
Pediatric dentistry covers the care a growing smile needs — first visits, cleanings, fluoride, sealants, and gentle cavity treatment for children.
Emergency dental care addresses urgent problems such as a severe toothache, a broken tooth, or a lost filling, with prompt attention to relieve pain.

My children have been patient’s seen in office since about 6 months old. They are now 4 and 5 1/2 years old. They are not afraid to be seen by the practitioner/dentist. The dentist are young and friendly to pediatric patients and staff. Appears to be a very positive working environment. The equipment is caterer/geared towards pediatric dentist patients, which is a fun concept that makes dental health fun and less intimidating. The facility is clean and full of activities for the peds patients to use while waiting to be seen. There are lots of patients and work stations. My children and I have always encountered an extremely nice professional dentist that understands the needs of the pediatric dentist patients of all ages. The children have the option of a movie while in the dentist chair and free play in the lobby or outside. Check-in is great, fast and I appreciate the acknowledgement of my family.. The only issue I have is the long wait times between dentists and patients. It seems as though the dentist is always behind seeing patients and it can become disruptive for the other young patients waiting. I completely understand, time gets away and everyone is extremely busy. But this has happened several times. Staff is great and professional and friendly.
Was a really great experience! Brought my two kids to their first visit, and they loved the toys and play area and Dr. Adrienne. They wrote our kids name on the window. They wanted to stay after to play even after the appointment was over. They have a tv on the ceiling, ipads in the wait room, and just overall a very friendly environment. My kids are excited to come back
My 4 year old has been coming here for over a year now and she actually looks forward to going. She has seen a few different dentists but each one has been so good with her and have a fun way with children so they feel comfortable. They gave her stickers, and at the end a coin for the prize machines which she really looks forward to and gives her incentive. They have a cute play area while waiting too and some iPad games. I highly recommend them, they’re the best!
Took our son to his first dentist appointment and we had such a positive experience. It was so cute seeing his name written on the outside to welcome him as a new patient. Very kid friendly staff and facility. Excited for our next visit!
I’m really disappointed with the service here. I called to confirm whether our new insurance was accepted, and the front desk told me I would get a call back the next business day. No one called. I waited three business days and called again. This time they promised a callback that same day. Again — nothing. Then it got worse. A couple of days later, I called once more, and the phone was picked up and immediately hung up twice. No explanation, no follow-up, nothing. At this point it’s hard to believe this was accidental. For a children’s dental clinic, this level of communication and customer service is unacceptable. Parents shouldn’t have to chase down basic information or deal with phones being hung up. If this is how they handle something as simple as an insurance check, I can’t imagine trusting them with my child’s care. Extremely disappointing. They seriously need to fix their communication and professionalism.
