I am beyond grateful to the dentist for taking me in right away when I needed it most. From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for and reassured. The dentist was truly amazing—so kind, patient, and professional, making what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and manageable. I can’t thank you enough for your quick response and exceptional care. It meant more to me than words can express.

I’m very happy with my visit today. I went in to make an appt to come back and they had time to see me a little bit later. It ended up being earlier than they said and then they had to time to fix the issue with my tooth right then and there. Dr. Sun is so nice and friendly and talks you through everything. That is the first time I’ve had her and hopefully won’t be the last! The women at the front are all great too and very helpful! Thank you!

Everyone is very welcoming and professional. The Dr took time to show me some slides to educate me on what my teeth are needing. My hygienist was fast and gentle with my scaling. I also received a FREE Philips electric toothbrush as new client.

When I booked this appointment, I explained my reason for visiting and what I wanted to discuss. I had brought my son, who had a cavity at the age of three, but the receptionist booked him. When Dr. Yee examined my son’s tooth, he informed me that he couldn’t treat him due to his young age. This oversight resulted in me having to book another appointment at a paediatric dental clinic and pay for the examination again. Additionally, Dr. Yee asked his colleague to perform cleaning and fluoride treatment on my son without any prior explanation. While the person who did the work was very helpful, I feel regret for not visiting a paediatric dental clinic immediately. It was a waste of time and money.
