Both my partner and I started going to this dental office after moving to the mountain recently. Unfortunately, we both had fillings done and experienced issues afterward, and what was most disappointing was how our concerns were handled. My partner experienced intense jaw pain for more than a week following his filling. When he raised this with Dr. Ye, he was told that the filling process would not have caused the jaw pain. Instead, Dr. Ye suggested that he consider Botox to address it. We found this response quite surprising, particularly given that the pain began immediately following the dental work. In my case, I began experiencing sensitivity in my tooth a few days after having a filling done. Before the filling, I had never experienced any issues with this tooth. Dr. Ye explained that the sensitivity was caused by a small hole in the tooth, which he attributed to grinding. When I explained that I do not grind my teeth and wear retainers, I was told that the issue must have been caused by grinding at some point in the past. When I questioned why I had only begun experiencing pain after the filling, I was simply advised to use sensitive toothpaste. What was most disappointing for both of us was feeling that our concerns were dismissed rather than having our symptoms thoroughly investigated or explained. We understand that some sensitivity or discomfort can occur following dental work, but we expected a more thorough assessment and a greater willingness to address our concerns. Unfortunately, based on both of our experiences, we will be looking for another dentist.

It’s a five stars dental office from doctors to staff. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I seriously have never felt so relaxed when I visited my dentist. Even the cleaning was fast and not painful. They treated me as the only patient in the office.
