It’s a five stars dental office from doctors to staff. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I seriously have never felt so relaxed when I visited my dentist. Even the cleaning was fast and not painful. They treated me as the only patient in the office.

I've been using sfu clinic's services for maybe 6 years now and I've always enjoyed how professional staff and medical team are. Staff are quick and accommodating when you arrive and punctual on the appointments. I appreciate the reminders they send for the appointments too.

My experience with Dr. Chen today was very disappointing. Her attitude felt dismissive and rushed. When I asked questions, she clearly did not want to explain and seemed eager to leave. While still answering my questions, she removed my bib and quickly walked away, which left me quite shocked and uncomfortable. I understand my English may not be perfect, and I did need some clarification on certain medical terms, but patients deserve patience and clear communication regardless. I will not be seeing Dr. Chen again. On the other hand, the dental hygienist was excellent — very patient, professional, and thorough. I really appreciated his care.

I am beyond grateful to the dentist for taking me in right away when I needed it most. From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for and reassured. The dentist was truly amazing—so kind, patient, and professional, making what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and manageable. Everyone is very welcoming and professional. The Dr took time to show me some slides to educate me on what my teeth are needing. My hygienist was fast and gentle with my scaling. I also received a FREE Philips electric toothbrush as new client.

I’m very happy with my visit today. I went in to make an appt to come back and they had time to see me a little bit later. It ended up being earlier than they said and then they had to time to fix the issue with my tooth right then and there. Dr. Sun is so nice and friendly and talks you through everything. That is the first time I’ve had her and hopefully won’t be the last! The women at the front are all great too and very helpful! Thank you!
