I haven't been to the dentist for a long time. Recently moved to Sleaford and was looking for a dentist as I have lots of issues that need to be sorted. I read all the reviews and they are the reason I picked Sleaford Smile Centre. I also suffer from anxiety but from the registering process and at my first appointment today I felt so at ease, everyone was so friendly and calming and helpful. I'm so glad I chose them and trust them with my ongoing treatments.

You can tell this is a team that really enjoys working together. All the staff are so friendly and helpful and make me (a very nervous patient) feel welcome, safe and well cared for. From the moment I made the decision to have treatment, (Invisalign and some cosmetic improvements) I was reassured and supported to complete a pathway that has led me to a smile I couldn’t have previously imagined. I was recommended Sleaford Smile Centre by a friend as I was looking for some corrections and whitening for my teeth, after my first appt I was recommended Invisalign treatment by the dentist to achieve the best outcome - she wasn’t wrong!! I have just completed 14 weeks of Invisalign treatment with the last 4 weeks adding the whitening solution into my retainers in the evening and I couldn’t be more happier with how my teeth look now, it was exactly what I wanted the best natural smile I could of asked for! After several bad experiences at other local dentists, I had lost confidence in going for treatment. When I cracked my front tooth earlier this year, Kajal quickly got me booked in and looked after me every step of the way. After whitening to get the right match, she repaired my tooth and worked on a couple of others. I can finally smile with confidence again. In November, 2025 I joined this dental.practice following poor treatment from my previous private dental practice. Wow, all the staff are absolutely amazing, professional, kind and extremely caring .They explain everything clearly and follow up with e mails and correspondence if required. From the moment you walk in the door Maire is there to give you a friendly welcome and reassurance and releives all my anxieties.All of the staff, dentists,hygienists, dental nurses and admin staff are so attentive, friendly their customer care is second to none 😊.
