Parking is not very easy but all of the staff are very friendly and do a great job with their patients

Dr. Pollack and team are amazing! I needed upper dental implants for a very long time. A lot of neglect and fear over years really took a toll. I found Dr. Pollack online and all the reviews stated no judgement, kindness, comfort, affordability so I booked a consultation. This dental practice is all of that and more and I am forever grateful to this team. I went from anxiety every day about my teeth to barely even thinking about them! Expectations were set, it’s a journey but one that I am so glad I am taking the steps for. Couldn’t have done it without them. Dajon is amazing—just one of those people who instantly makes you feel comfortable. And Dr. Pollack… she’s the best. Compassionate, easy to talk to, and you can tell he truly cares about you as a person, not just a patient. They’ve also been great with financing options, which makes a big difference with something like this. I feel really taken care of here, and that matters. I’m so glad I found them. Highly recommend.

Sloan’s Lake Dental was amazing. My previous dentist placed a crown yesterday and it fell off the very next day. They weren’t open, and I was honestly stressed trying to figure out what to do. Sloan’s Lake Dental got me in last minute, no hassle, and took care of everything right away. They re-cemented the crown and made sure everything felt secure before I left. The team was professional, efficient, and incredibly kind. Nancy at the front desk was especially amazing—so helpful, friendly, and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. I started my journey to a better oral health with the professionals at Sloans Lake Dental after I allowed an upper molar become so badly infected that it put my whole nervous system into fight or flight mode. My body had been in that mode for so long, I became used to this way of life. With all the precautions in place, the infected tooth was removed and almost instantly my body felt relieved. I can’t express the flood of gratitude and relief I got when the tooth was removed. My blood pressure came down and so many other emotions hit. The team there was super kind and genuinely cared. My experience at Sloan’s Lake was nothing short of fantastic! The office was extremely clean and the front office was very welcoming and polite. Dr. Pollack was incredibly professional and thorough during my consultation, pausing several times to make sure that I had every opportunity to ask questions or voice any concerns that I had. We worked together to create a treatment plan that was within my budget and comfort level. It’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made!

My husband received teeth deep cleaning service from this dental office Yesterday, he highly admired their service. He said has been in USA for almost 40 years, this clinic gave him the best teeth cleaning, that he will tell everyone to go to this Number 1 dentist!
