Smart Dental Care

Smart dental care has always treated me with respect and care. Everyone is so kind and treats you like family. I was extremely anxious about getting a root canal, but Dr. Ashton was thorough and took his time giving me the best care possible. I am extremely grateful I found this place and would recommend it to anyone!

We are confident in the good care of this group. They are very attentive and accommodating for routine and the unexpected. The office is efficient and friendly.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I had a bunch of work done on my teeth while being pregnant, from cleanings to crowns. The last visit I had we did all of my front teeth. I immediately noticed discoloration between the actual tooth vs fillings and ended up having a weird glue left on my teeth that would not come off. I reached out to the office to try to get them fixed and they said it was not their problem. I have to have it all redone to match as well as a crown that was improperly fitted allowing tooth sensitivity and things to get stuck in it. Save your time and money and go to a better dentist or it will cost you a lot to fix.

Smart Dental Care was rude to me and my disabled husband. They gave me one filling that I found out I didn’t even need. They forgot to bond it, so I’ve been in pain for four months while I tried to figure out what happened. I went back to my old dentist and paid out-of-pocket because he didn’t take my new insurance, which is why I had switched to Smart Dental. He told me I didn’t even need the filling that they put in. After months of suffering, I finally decided to go ahead and get a crown put on my tooth because the pain was bad whenever I bit down. As they got my tooth ready for the crown, the filling from Smart Dental popped out and shot the assistant. They didn’t bond it properly! This long story is to say that Smart Dental Care messed up my tooth!!!

Thank you very much for looking after my well-being. I've never been more impressed with a dentist. I think Dr. Nguyen earns an 'A' for her dedication. I needed a relatively significant amount of dental care, had visited quite a few dentist prior to my initial appointment at Smart Dental. Between Dr. Nguyen, Carla and other staff I was made to feel like I was in the best hands and recieving the best care. What impressed me is that Dr. Nguyen didn't take the quickest easiest approach to resolving my dental issues, which I believe did give me the best outcome. The only thing I would recommend to anyone needing extensive dental work anywhere is to maybe work out a pain treatment plan with a primary doctor beforehand to avoid major pain crisis's when undergoing dental operations and procedures. I think it's widely accepted that teeth can create some of the most intense pains and for me the worst 24 hours after dental operations and some of the procedures was actually more like 48, 72, and 96 hours.

I just started going here and I absolutely love it. She gets me in so quick Her dental assistance and dental hygienist are so sweet. The receptionist is awesome. She is amazing. She works fast and Efficient. I would recommend smart Dental to anyone actually I have been recommending them to everyone. I went to the U Of U dentistry school to get some work done probably a year and a half ago and she redid what they did and it looks amazing now!!! I had a broken front tooth she re-drilled it out fixed it. It looks beautiful now. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for smart Dental, and the confidence that I’m gaining every time I go there. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen, who did a back molar crown for me. She is smart, kind, meticulous and is the kind of person you know got straight A's in school. She also managed to make my bite afterwards perfect. She's attractive and has a great sense of humor, which put me at ease, but mostly I was really impressed with what a skillful dentist she is. My back tooth had cracked, and the filling had come out. It was actually a complicated close to needing a root canal situation. Dr. Nguyen did the crown work quickly and expertly, and managed to spare me any pain, which was a great relief. I normally have a lot of anxiety with dental pain, and the numbing stuff tends to wear off, but she was very careful in preventing me from having pain. The entire experience could not have gone any better. She is that good. Thank you.
