I had an interesting experience today. When I went to get X-rays I asked if I should have had the covering for protection, and I was told by the assistant that's only for pregnant women. One of the assistants dropped the tool out of the sterile package, went back and brought one that was not enclosed. When the hygienist came in to do the exam, she said the tool look like it was broken, and the same aid went back and brought her a fresh clean pack. I can only wonder if the one that she dropped she just went around the corner and act as if she got a new one, and only bringing the clean sterile package when the hygienist requested one. Several Services were offered but not needed by my previous dentist. Needless to stay I don't know if my experience is based on my ethnicity, but I will not be returning to this location and I suggest you all do your research prior to going as well.

Avoid this dentistry, please. The female dentist (the owner) threatens you to follow her "advices" with demeaning tone and starts scaring you by giving you a lot worse diagnosis than all my previous dentists have ever diagnosed me with. I moved to different dentists and consulted with them, and they never diagnosed me with all the terrible gum diseases she diagnosed me with. And my dental health is in a great condition so far only with regular x-rays and two cleanings a year. If you try to decline her advice, she pressures you aggressively, saying things like, "You WILL get worse if you don't do this treatment right now, and you will have to suffer and pay A LOT more later." I have never seen a dentist this aggresive even though I had met a few dishonest dentists in the past. So, I ended up giving in to her "advices" a couple times unwillingly.. But I found out that she charged so many claims to my insurance company and used up all my dental insurance benefits in just 2 visits! And they were only for regular cleanings. When I inquired the insurance company, they gave me what the dentist filed claims for, but the dentist never told me about those treatments and medicines at office and whether or not they would charge me for those things. They will scam you into trying all their expensive treatments, making you think you're getting a great service. Wait until you find out how much they charge you and your insurance company. They are very dishonest and try to steal your money and insurance benefits with false kindness while hiding essential information from you. I warned you. Do not be fooled. The hygienist was great and performed a good dental cleaning, but she also applied numbing ointment to help "reduce" the pain during the regular cleaning (not even deep cleaning). And I had no idea the dentist charged me for it. To be honest, the ointment felt very hot and caused me a lot bigger discomfort. I never asked for such an ointment anyway and was fine getting the regular cleaning without such things, but they will charge you for all those small things. If they want to charge me with certain services and treatments, they should notify me clearly whether or not it will cost. But they just pretend as if all those things are included in their regular dental cleaning for free. When I confronted the front desk person, she acted innocent and blamed me for the expensive bill and kept defending the staff, which is reasonable because they do not want to be sued. Please, do yourself a favor and find an honest dentist with true integrity. P.S: My mother received a deep cleaning but also found out upon moving to a different dentists that they did not really give her a deep cleaning but just the regular one. But trust me - they charged her and her insurance for deep cleaning, which she never got...

You can tell Dr. Kim truly cares about her patients, she’s attentive, thorough, and quick to respond if anything urgent comes up. The level of service really stands out. And Lauren is fantastic, so gentle and kind, which makes appointments that much easier. We’re so grateful to have found this practice! Love them 🫶🏻

Dr. Kim and her team are the absolute best! They take amazing care of me and my entire family. The customer service is unparalleled — professional, friendly, and always attentive to the little details (even reminding me to bring my night guard for cleaning). Dr. Kim truly cares about her patients and is very responsive during emergencies. And Lauren is the most gentle dental hygienist, she makes every visit so comfortable. Highly recommend!
