Dr. Amanda Wendelken, and Staff were very professional in performing my root canal on #17, and crown. She monitored my discomfort level approximately, was fast and accurate; the Staff went out of their way to help me get the crown back in time. It was the best experience I've had at a dental office.) No pain following procedure, I would recommend all University of Oklahoma Alumni to visit.

Awful customer service! Doctor was rude and front desk was very rude as well. Not going back!

Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and organization at this clinic. I am 8 months post-op from a hip replacement and am required to premedicate with antibiotics before any dental cleanings. I called two weeks in advance, explicitly explained my situation, and the clinic even called in the prescription for me to take one hour prior to my appointment. I took the heavy dose of antibiotics as instructed and arrived expecting my scheduled cleaning. Instead, I was told they would only do a consultation/treatment plan and that I would have to come back another day for the actual cleaning. Taking antibiotics unnecessarily is a health risk and entirely avoidable. Had the staff communicated their policy when I called weeks ago, I wouldn't have taken the medication or wasted my time. Safe to say, I will be taking my business—and my treatment plan—elsewhere.

Hello type one diabetic here 🙋🏻‍♂️ first time being here and honestly I don’t see a reason to go anywhere else. Their hygienist is to die for truly. I am a baby when it comes to my gums and teeth and I didn’t feel any pain at all! I know you think I’m fibbing but truly… truthfully I swear she is so gentle and caring. P.S. remember we humans can breathe out our nose so you don’t choke on water😂😂

Terrible!! I came in for a couple of tooth fillings…. First, the doctor had me waiting 20/30 min after being numb because she was on the phone on a personal call. The doctor was rude and inpatient, dismissed me when I said that my tooth still felt rough. She just left after she was done didn’t say anything else. The composite, for the filling, was darker than my actual tooth, when I specifically asked them to match my tooth. Now my tooth looks like as if it was stained! When I said something about it they just said that was the lighter color they had … I doubt it and dismissed me. They did not apologized it not try to do anything about it!! Will not be going back!

I am actually sad to say I wont be returning to this office. I was working on a treatment plan. I went in to get a root canal. When I went in before looking at my mouth the dentist said confidently thar she didn't think I needed a root canal. I was happy because it would only be $100 instead of $200. Well 3 weeks later and my tooth is worse than before I went in! I went back and they told me you need a root canal, they cant help me today and it'll now be $1,000.I cant eat any hard foods... I understand it was a possible fix but the price changing that much makes me wish they did the root canal first. Im pretty upset but I will say the hygienist is amazing. If I was going to see her only I'd go back.

The man who pulled my back tooth was calm & I enjoyed the laughing gas. However, I think he could've saved my tooth in all honesty. I haven't went back, because they were telling me all these things I needed to get done but I'm not one who likes go to go to the dentist back to back. I need time to heal & constantly having different people in my face & mouth is not ideal. I had my left side's cavities drilled out by the woman who's the dentist there & she seemed kind but I did not tell her shave down my mamelons & she took it upon herself to do so. Having those ridges in my teeth actually gave them their length & now my smile looks a bit wop-sided. I already have teeth insecurities due to dental fluorosis on my two front teeth. I think in the future they should ask if it's okay to do things instead of assuming that's what the customer wants, especially when that's not the main priority of the procedure they're having done. All in all I don't think I will return. It's unfortunate because they're actually in walking distance from me. Teeth can really make or break a person's self-esteem & even involve how others treat you. I hope y'all are more considerate & patient with your future clientele.

I have terrible health anxiety/OCD but Dr. Shelton and Angela handled it patiently and sympathetically. They will listen to your concerns and go at a pace you can handle and overall, display a 10/10 level of professionalism and friendliness. You can tell they really care about their patients. More affordable than other practices, and procedures are pretty much painless (had root canal and fillings done). Probably the most comfortable i’ve been at a dental office.
