I just had my second visit to Smile by Design, and I honestly can't say enough good things about this office. From the moment you walk in, everyone makes you feel welcome and comfortable. The office itself is spotless, modern, and very clean. The front desk staff is incredibly kind and helpful, the hygienist was gentle and thorough, and the dentist was professional, caring, and took the time to answer my questions. Every person I interacted with was friendly and pleasant. Dental appointments can sometimes be stressful, but this office makes the experience easy and comfortable. After leaving my appointment, I immediately wanted to recommend them to my friends and family. I truly cannot give them a high enough rating and would highly recommend Smile by Design to anyone looking for a great dental office.

Wow what an experience !so professional , and easy going. Especially the secretary Rosemary, wow what service .I recommend if you live in the New York District to pop in and just see the service and you'll never want to leave.

I'll start off by saying that I absolutely hate going to the dentist, so getting a positive review form me for a dentist office is sort of miraculous, but this dentist office is really excellent from the desk staff especially Rosemary to the hygienist (Naz) to the actual dentist they're all friendly knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with, if you can say that about a dentist office 😂

Great experience! The front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. The dental hygienist was gentle, attentive, and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Tepfer was equally wonderful — so patient with all of my questions and took the time to thoroughly explain everything we would be doing, step by step. Highly recommend this office for all dental needs.

Dr. Abitbol did my root canal with such care and precision. He explained the entire process to me as well so I understood what he was doing. His entire team is very kind and caring too!

The best dentist ever! Everyone in the office is so friendly and sweet. The dental work is excellent, and my cleanings every six months leave my teeth feeling cleaner than at any other dentist, and so white.

Don’t believe to all this fake reviews it’s doesn’t make any sense that this Dr. Abitbol dentist office he has 5 stars reviews and 540 reviews. doesn’t make any sense at all. I know for a fact that there are some shady businesses that selling fake reviews to other business and I think this one of them. to cover on the bad ones. So let me tell you an honest review, that I me personally experience with this office. The secretaries are terrible, they have such a bad attitude and they will disrespect you and Dr. Abitbol himself is not gonna respect you for the long-term, if you have any problem with his work that has been done on you. he will never take responsibility if he did something wrong. And the worst thing they’re gonna ask you to pay again and again every time you come to back to complain about something that they did wrong, so that’s not fair, …..so think twice before you choosing this Dr.

This dental office used to be nice, but for some reason, it has changed to being unkind, unprofessional. The secretaries who work there are the worst, they have no patience with the customer, and they don't care about anything. They also blame the patient instead of blaming themselves when they make mistakes. And the doctor always backs up his employees, instead of giving a better service to the customer.
