Hey, hey, 👋🏽 DMV! I am receiving exceptional quality care from the staff at Smile Dental. My fear of going to the dentist has been minimized do to the personalized attention I received; for instance I was provided a pillow for my neck, a stressball for my anxiety and friendly smiles 😃 from the staff for assurance. It all helped with the cleaning, drilling and paying the bill. Some pain, however, I am regaining my smile 😄 and joy 😊! Thank you Dr. Smith, Dr. Walker, Tiffany, Celina and Silvia!!! I have been a patient here for many years, but something changed with this visit. The wait was long, and I did not get what I scheduled to have done - a routine cleaning and check up. While I am always open minded about exploring options, to be offered a path forward only to be informed that this path would not be covered by insurance felt very deceptive. I found the entire experience unsatisfactory today even with the staff being very friendly.
this dentist office is the worst.. yes it’s “cheap” but you get what you paid for. Cheap materials, poor work done and I know for a fact he treats his employees horribly.. they’re underpaid and overworked. I had a root canal done there a couple years ago that got infected and I’m spending now a lot of money to clean up the poor job this dentist has done.. in addition they always messed up my bills, overcharged, submitted wrong codes to insurance.. a total headache of incompetence… there are other much better dentists in DC.. run away from this place.
very good experience here. Practice has a small, cozy, homelike feel.......yet the practice is fitted with everything a dental practice needs. The dentist and assistant- were quick to answer my questions...and gave me quick responses that I found very satisfactory. The team works quickly and efficiently to get the job done- while completing the issues at hand. Thanks FRANK
