I have been going to Smile Design Boston for both general dentistry and orthodontics. They are absolutely top notch. The staff is professional and courteous, the office is modern and very high-end without sacrificing comfort. Dr. Misci is wonderful; she has taken my smile and improved it better than I could have imagined. Dr’s Hashem and Lo are a great team who put their patients first. Their talent is evident in all they do. If you are need of dentistry services in Boston, you cannot make a better choice than Smile Design!!!

I had both crowns and veneers done by Dr. Hashem, and I’m very happy with the results. He is skilled, detail-oriented, and took the time to explain every step of the process, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout my treatment. Cosmetic dentistry is a big decision, so I appreciated how much care he put into balancing aesthetics with function. My new smile looks natural and balanced while still feeling like me, which was exactly what I was hoping for. The entire team was professional, welcoming, and attentive. I’m grateful for the care I received and would recommend Dr. Hashem to anyone considering cosmetic dentistry.

I’ve had good dentists in the past, but Dr. Lo is truly exceptional. She brings a thoughtful, thorough, & skilled approach to dental care—taking the time to explain options & recommend solutions. I recently had decade-old crowns replaced, a procedure that required precision & the cosmetic artistry to color-match the new enamel to my existing teeth. From removing my old crowns & fitting the temporaries, to cementing the final crowns, the entire process went smoothly. I’m very happy with the final result! Beyond the excellent clinical care, the office setting is calm, pristine, pleasant, & made even better by a welcoming receptionist, Claire. I’d be remiss if I didn’t also mention my dental hygienist, Alessandra, for her excellent work.

I’m extremely happy with the care I received here. Dr. Hashem is an outstanding dentist who truly takes the time to listen and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. The entire team is warm, professional, and very organized, which made the visit smooth and stress-free. The clinic is also very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear they care about providing high-quality treatment and great patient experience. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hashem and this clinic to anyone looking for a trustworthy dentist!

As a medical professional married to a highly skilled prosthodontist who was the patient of prof. Hashem, words can’t do him justice with a review on google … my wife is so particular about her teeth and was more than satisfied by dr. Hashem’s treatment, i was observing the whole session and saw him as an artist sculpting something of artwork more than fixing a tooth and when we were done i said this to him and then was surprised that all the art work in his clinic was done by him which was very impressive and was further evidence that he is in-fact an artist dentist … treatment was amazing and professional , clinic was immaculate and clean, staff was super friendly and welcoming … we found our family dentist and we will come back for sure ( when my wife is busy ) 10 out of 5 stars.

Dr.Hashem is exceptionally talented at his craft. The office is professional, the staff is attentive (thank you Claire!), and the fear of the dentist subsides when you see the care they place into their work. You aren’t supposed to cross your fingers when you go for an appointment. You’re supposed to cross your legs in the chair and leave with a smile. I did, and I’m sure you would too.
