The people here are very kind and provide amazing care and help. They make sure you feel comfortable throughout the whole experience, and the wait time is quick. Everyone is welcoming, attentive, and makes sure you’re taken care of. I definitely recommend them!

Great staff

When we arrived at the office, the front desk receptionist informed us — for the first time — that it would be $300 per tooth to fix the chipped veneers, despite the warranty we were told about at our initial visit. This cost was never mentioned when the veneers were placed, nor was it disclosed on the phone when we scheduled this trip specifically to have them repaired. We asked to speak with someone about the situation, and the receptionist never arranged for anyone to come talk to us. She was dismissive and unhelpful throughout. Between the veneers failing after just two weeks, a warranty that apparently didn’t apply, no upfront pricing, and poor treatment at the front desk, this was a frustrating and costly experience. We paid for a flight just to be blindsided by fees no one had mentioned. I would not recommend this office and won’t be returning.

I had a great experience at Miami Cosmetic Smile Design! From the moment I sent my first message, the person who called me back was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. At my first visit, everyone made me feel so welcome. The front desk staff was warm and kind, the doctor was very professional, and the doctor’s assistant was so sweet. Everyone in the office was amazing and made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. I truly had a wonderful experience, and my smile is everything I hoped for. I absolutely love it! I honestly couldn’t be happier with my veneers! It’s been about 6 months, and I get compliments on my smile all the time. They look so natural and have given me so much more confidence. I traveled over 2 hours for my appointments, and it was worth every minute. The entire experience was incredible…from the quality of the work to the care and attention I received. If you’re thinking about getting veneers, I can’t recommend them enough. I absolutely love my smile!

I can’t recommend batista smile design by Dr. Yoxary enough. Your smile is such an important part of who you are. I chipped one of my front teeth and was devastated, but they got me in right away and fixed it perfectly. From the moment I arrived, they treated me like family—welcoming me with a genuine smile and making sure I felt completely at ease. Dr. Yoxary and the team were incredibly caring and attentive, constantly checking to make sure I was comfortable. The best part? They speak both English and Spanish, making everything even more comfortable. What truly stood out was their focus on me—not on money or upselling. No pressure, just honest care.
