Logan was awesome. He made sure my child was comfortable too even though she wasn't getting a scan. He was super informative and will answer any questions that you have, but you wont need to.. he explains each part of the process in details and he let's you know exactly how things will proceed. If you're out in the Colorado Springs area then def reach out, they are amazing.

This is an awesome location! Smile Direct Clubs (SDC) hire the best of people! Ashley, my SmileGuide,(cool name, right?) was SUPER awesome. She was friendly and chatted with me before starting the appointment, and it made the entire thing a lot more relaxing. She was professional and answered all of my questions, even the ones in which I was essentially doubting the company, and essentially said, “I wouldn’t work for a company which scammed people, what we’re doing here is fixing smiles for less”. Anyone who researches the company can see the bad reviews, and of course I brought it up with her. She was very kind and explained everything to me, from the process to the costs, and made it all clear. It showed me anyone that has issues with SDC most likely just didn’t ask enough questions, or didn’t follow up with their club. Ashley also went above and beyond, and walked me through how I would use my aligners, and everything that would come in my kit. Cory, who I believe is the manager, runs a very well operated club, and he worked with me as well. He’s very personable as well, and he is lucky to have employees like Ashley. She is amazing, and I am so happy to have worked with her. I can’t wait to develop my smile with this location!

I had my appointment with Molly and Cory today and I could not have been more pleased. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly before my consultation. Throughout the entire process, everything was explained to me in detail and I had the opportunity to ask questions the entire time. Both were beyond pleasant and I was extremely surprised by how efficient and streamlined the appointment was. I am very much looking forward to receiving my personalized aligners! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a less expensive alternative to invisalign.

My visit was very comfortable and amazing. Ashley and Cory were outstanding at their jobs! I never thought an appointment that had anything to do with teeth could be great, my experience is the opposite. I’m impressed with them and the technology! Can’t wait to get my box!

My appointment with Smile Direct Club was great! I’m so excited to have straighter, whiter teeth!! Janelle did my 3D scan and answered all of my questions. The 3D scan was really cool and there was absolutely 0% pain or being uncomfortable throughout the appointment. I can’t wait to get my aligners and gain the confidence boost that comes with a great smile!
