The worst company. I’ve had several problems with my gum, and I’ve been trying to cancel my plan for 3 months. They keep charging me, say they’ll call me back, but they never do. Just a waste of my time and money.
Awful! They booked 4 appts for the same time slot and was told it will “be a wait” when I walked in on time. The people at the center are not able to answer even the most basic questions about treatment. I tried for a week to speak to the orthodontist assigned to me and was finally told today by someone oversees that I couldn’t speak to him. They even attempted to charge my card without my approval after being told they wouldn’t until my question was answered. Awful company based on mistruths about access to an actual orthodontist. My dentist said this company was notoriously bad!
The flosser is not charging. I called and got a recording that customer service is no longer available. I've only used it a little bit... not daily and never tried to charge it until a week ago. I'm disappointed that no one can help me charge it
Love Smile Direct!! Fast and convenient service and the blue light whitening is terrific! I wanted to whiten my teeth and my dentist said home blue light works great. So I asked my daughter, and she said she loves Smile Direct - she does whitening and straightening! The first time I went back to the dentist she immediately commented on how much whiter my teeth were! It's so refreshing for a company to deliver on their promises these days!!! I would give more stars if I could!
Please stay away from them. They will setup your consultation appointment by saying it is completely and just before they scan your teeth, they will make you sign a contract. They charge you $250 which according to the sales person is refundable. But now when I am asking for refund, they said that an account manager will call me as only the account manager has right to refund the money. Moreover the account manager will be calling me anytime between 4-5 days!! You will surely be disappointed by their service. Also don’t forget to check the YouTube videos, especially the sting operation done by news channels bursting the truth of smile direct.
Update 6/29 I have still not heard back Update Early June Smile Direct has not helped me after 7 months of reaching out to customer support through google, twitter, email, and the website. Please just refund me and leave me alone. Copy of my review today. Reviewing again after 1 month and no help. I was charged without my insurance being applied which led to 1 years worth of my health contributions being spent and leaving me to foot other medical costs out of pocket that were otherwise budgeted for. My insurance has still not been applied and refunded even after being told it had been a month ago. I first contacted smile direct in December 2022 after having a bad experience and not liking my final results. The majority of the braces I received did not fit and I was told to skip them and go onto the next set. I initially reached out and was happy to just continue treatment, however after never hearing from anyone I requested a full refund. It has now been 7 Months and I have not received any final results. I am still being charged by smile Direct to my credit card after they already over drafted my benefits account. I had been told by 1 customer service rep I would receive a full refund, and had another tell me my insurance was applied and refunds were coming. Neither are true after 1 month of waiting. This is the worst health product and customer service I have experienced. I came to smile direct as an alternative to orthodontics for cost reasons and I paid the price. I refuse to pay any remaining balance and will not stop until what I have paid is recovered. Could not be more disappointed. Insurance was never applied to my cost and they have charged me more than double. It has been 6 months since I initially contacted them and have have been bounced around ever since. I also was not satisfied with the results. Really disappointed because the experience started off so well, cant even count the amount of times I have tried to reach out to smile direct. They still keep chargin me though
