Very friendly and very caring and very fast service. I had a crown put on during the first visit, the numbing agent was already out and I was back to normal before I reached home! No pain even the next day! I had no jaw pain from stretching to keep my mouth open during the procedure because they used a plastic insert that you rested your teeth on, which made the whole procedure relaxing. The crown was completed in one visit! No going back ! Very nice staff!

Dr. Sara is the best! I had multiple baby teeth pulled as a teenager by my orthodontist and therefore have quite a bit of anxiety going to the dentist. She is very gentle and does a great job cleaning my teeth.

I had a great experience at Smile Eden Prairie! I was a new patient and as soon as I walked in the receptionist greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile and we talk like we’ve known each other for years! The dental assistant who happens to be just outstandingly beautiful called me to the back of the room and sat me down. I saw Dr.Fam and she did an exam on my neck and head muscles and joints, and an oral examination. Overall, she did a fantastic job. She explained her concerns and suggested what she believes was best for me and throughout the whole examination she educated me on what she was doing and why! This was the best dentist appointment I ever had! I’ll be going back soon for a cleaning. If you already have a dentist I recommend switching to Dr. Fam and if you don’t then I highly recommend getting one and I suggest Dr. Fam! Thanks again Smile Eden Prairie!
This might have been one of my most pleasant dentist visits ever. Considering I had to have a perio root planing, that says a lot. I was in no pain, had a pillow under my head, a blanket and was wearing my favorite sunglasses while listening to great music. It was actually a pleasant experience. April manages the office and is very knowledgeable about procedures and insurance. Jackie the technician was wonderful. Highly recommended.
Top notch dental services. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to work with me to address my concerns and to maximize the use of my dental plan to get the most benefit from it. Dr. Dahl is fantastic. Very gentle and explains things clearly so you know what is being done and why. It has a unique look for a dental office as it has a bit of an office type feel to it, but don't let that deter you, the tools and technology in use are excellent. I received two crowns that were made for me the same day, no temporary crowns or repeat visits so that is a perk. I highly recommend this dental office.

I started going here a couple years ago when I did the Invisalign. I was so pleased with my results that I continued to go here for my cleanings. The staff is so professional and friendly! Another perk... if you need a crown they make them there and you'll save another trip to the office, which is great if you have a busy schedule.
