Spokane family dental was great! They got me in for my initial appointment. We x-rays, a good cleaning and they were even able to refer me over to an orthodontist! :)

Great experience, online forms prior to appointment, no paperwork in office. Diligent care, great service, good humor. Left with some numbing and a temporary lisp which was a comical way to make an exit. See you guys in 6 months!

The dental staff is always very kind and welcoming. What’s not great is their billing department. I was just sent a bill for services over a year old and another from over 8 months ago and then told my insurance isn’t in network. This is despite finding this office online showing they were in network and both my husband and myself (on separate occasions) being told by the billing department we were in network. There was one issue after my husbands first appointment where he was contacted and told they accidentally had paired him with a dentist during his visit that wasn’t in network with the specific insurance plan, but that they’d pair him with another dentist next time who was covered by our insurance. Totally fine at the time. Well now, over an entire year later I am called by Danielle and told we were never in network at all and only covered by our out of network benefits. When I asked why we were just now being informed of this, Danielle’s first response was that she “inherited these cases from the previous person.” That is not the patient’s problem, so I’m not sure why that’s relevant other than to be used as an excuse to justify their mistake. I also am a health professional who works with insurance. It does not take over a year to determine whether or not someone’s insurance plan is in network. I would have never billed a patient over a year later for something they were explicitly told they were in network for by my business. Very disappointing.

If I can give 6 stars I would! The atmosphere is felt as soon as you walk through the doors! The front desk girls are so friendly! The assistants were so professional! Felt good knowing I was in good hands! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience! I needed a procedure done quickly and they were able to accommodate me. The receptionist was super helpful and friendly when I called to make the appointment and was able to get me in next day. When arrived I was greeted with a smile and was promptly taken back. The assistant and dentist were wonderful, walked me through exactly what they were going to do, gave the cost upfront and did the procedure. It was quick and they did a great job. Thank you everyone for helping me!

I have been here twice and I have had the pleasure of working with Manda and Justice. The entire staff is so welcoming, kind, and loving. I have brought my 5 month old baby to the appointments and they never made it seem like an inconvenience. They actually put blankets over the door so I could breast feed my baby during my whitening session. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable during your appointment. I would recommend this place 1000x over. Their kindness and expertise is truly unmatched. I'll never go to another provider after being cared by them.

I contacted Spokane Family Dental on February 16th, 2026 with a dental emergency. I had never been there before and didn’t know who to trust, but based on their location and a referral I decided to call. From that very first phone call, they went above and beyond. They were able to get me scheduled immediately, which meant everything because my situation required major work and I simply couldn’t wait. To say I have a fear of the dentist would be an understatement. I’m someone who will deal with pain for a long time just to avoid going. Walking through their front door for the first time was honestly a huge step for me. I was nervous, anxious, and nearly turned around before even going in. Thankfully my amazing wife encouraged me to take that step. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and a calm, professional atmosphere. Karyssa at the front desk is an absolute rockstar. From the very beginning she treated us with genuine kindness and made sure I felt comfortable and safe. Her compassion and dedication to the patients there is obvious, and it made a bigger difference than she probably realizes. When I met Dr. Moss, he immediately put my mind at ease. He took the time to walk me through everything step-by-step, explained all of my options, and made sure I understood the entire process. He even welcomed my wife to stay involved throughout everything, which meant a lot to both of us. During that first visit we were able to come up with a plan and schedule surgery right away. On February 20th, I came in for the procedure. Dr. Moss again carefully explained everything that would happen that day and what recovery would look like afterward. His professionalism, skill, and calm demeanor made a situation that once terrified me feel completely manageable. It has now been about two weeks since my surgery, and I truly feel like I’ve known this team for years. I’ve had several follow-up visits (including one today), and every time the care has been incredible. Karyssa continues to go above and beyond — she isn’t just doing a job, she genuinely cares about the patients. People like her are the reason places like this stand out. Dr. Moss is simply outstanding — professional, friendly, and extremely talented. For the first time since I was a teenager, I feel confident in my smile again. I can actually smile without feeling like I need to hide anything. I can’t thank Spokane Family Dental enough for what they’ve done for me. I’m not even finished with my treatment yet, but I already know I’ll continue to receive the same level of care and support every time I walk through their door. If you’re nervous about going to the dentist like I was, this is the place you want to go. I will be forever grateful.

Always friendly! Spokane Dental staff always make sure I know what my treatment will be when I arrive so I can know what to expect. Appointment setting is easy and accommodating. I get off work after 4 and they have 5:00 appointments which are great for me!
