I’m so very grateful I have an incredible hygienist of unbelievable talent., thank you very much for all you do you are beautiful. Also I’m always so grateful when the doctor stops by to check things. I need a new procedure to fill a pocket in the gum that drives my nuts I pray maybe some day. Thank God I’m in Good hands that is she care so good , thank you.

Very sharp edge on old filling was fixed in a quick visit! Really bothered me Friday and Dr Pandhi fit me in Monday. Appreciate the great service!

I’m so lucky to have found Dr Pandhi. He has taken care of some longstanding issues that other dentist’s created over the years and has gotten my smile back to something I feel good about. He even did a crown for a tooth I cracked and it was painless, plus well-fitting from day one. I could not ask for a better experience.

I’m a new patient at Dr. Pahndi’s, I cannot stress enough what a wonderful experience it’s been to get any kind of treatment, his assistants are the best. I have always been terrified to get any kind of dental care… not anymore. I had veneers done back in February, and, wow! They look so natural Thank you Dr. Pahndi, you did an amazing job!

I have been going there for almost 10 years now. They are always so nice and understanding. There is no pressure from them. Dr Pahndi is always very gentle. He did my implants and regular stuff as well. Very caring staff as well. I used to get anxious going to the dentist, as most do, but I don’t there. I recommend them completely!!! 100%

I had an appointment scheduled for 9:00 AM, but I developed a fever at around 3:00 AM that same morning. As soon as possible, I sent a message to the clinic to reschedule, and I have a screenshot as proof. However, I was later told that they never received my message and that I would still be charged a $75 no-show fee. If messages are not considered a valid form of communication, then the clinic should not be using messaging to communicate with patients in the first place. I made every effort to notify them at the earliest possible time, so this charge feels completely unfair. Additionally, the staff member I spoke with on the phone was very unprofessional. She repeatedly interrupted me while I was trying to explain the situation and insisted that no message was received, without making any effort to look into it further. The interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The communication system and level of customer service both showed a lack of professionalism and empathy. I will be sharing this experience on my social media so others are aware, and I hope the clinic takes steps to improve their processes to prevent this from happening to other patients. May God bless the staff member I spoke with, perhaps she has had a difficult day, but this kind of attitude toward patients is simply not acceptable.

I have always been terrified of getting dental work done, specially when it comes to cosmetic work. I went in to get veneer replacement with Dr. Pandhi, and the outcome exceeded my expectations. I am so satisfied and grateful, Dr Pandhi’s meticulous work paid off. His assistant is so down to earth and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Smile Perfection to everyone.

After having a lot of dental trauma from my previous dentist that lasted a year, I saw Dr. Pandhi who was able to fix the problem. I could not believe it! I thought I was going to have to live with the pain and never be able to chew on my left side again. I have extreme sensitivity issues and dental fear. I always leave the dental office with some pain- Well, no longer! I just had my teeth cleaned for the first time at Dr. Pandhi’s office and the Hygenist I saw was the best I have ever seen. I was even told (*shamed) at the last dental office I went to that I was their most dental-sensitive patient and that it was really hard to clean my teeth without making the Hygenist anxious. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Pandhi’s office and the front desk staff. I’ve lived in major cities like L.A. and Manhattan & I would say this is still the best dental experience I have ever had at an office.
