The doctors and dental Hygienists are super sweet and patient with my 1 year old daughter! My daughter loves it here! Will definitely be bringing my son when he is of age
So this was my second time at the location even thought the service was amazing I found the staff to be very inappropriate after walking to room Five to get daughter x-ray I overheard the employees talking very bad about employee name steph i looked over and realized it was one of the managers name diana that was on her name tag which made me feel very uncomfortable to report to any staff i feel like this was very inconsiderate around me and my children will not be back to this location
My encounter at the front desk was not that pleasant at first but I got through it. My girls loved the kid orientated environment and wants to go back. Not my friendliest dentist visit but hopefully it will get better!
My granddaughters love coming to ur office. They staff is wonderful with kid's. And Dr.Brown, we /i can't say enough about him. My granddaughters are so comfortable around him n all the staff. We love the staff here they are always so nice and helpful! We usually have a different Dentist Assistant but each time they always have been friendly and knowledgeable. This last time we went we had Abby as our dentist assistant and was awesome! She even had a little smile safari post card sent to our kiddo and she just loved getting a piece of mail sent to her !!
Very fun office for kiddos! The staff is warm and welcoming. All of the providers for my girls were very kind, and wonderful with them. I got a great vibe from the doctor as well. Very impressed with the service and quality people working at this office. My girls can't wait until their next appt!
They did amazing with him! My son is Semi-verbal Autistic and they knew exactly what to do to help him through every second of the visit. Quick and VERY friendly! I'll be going back with my other kids for sure! And they're waiting room is so cute!!! EDIT: I took my 1 year old there and they did fantastic with him as well! He loved all the hygienists and I loved how welcoming and easy the whole process was. Dr.Brown is awesome and has a great team working with him. Thank y'all so much for being so wonderful with my children 🥰
Front desk staff are friendly and informative. The back office staff are also great. They're all very clear and thorough. The office is really cool for kids, my nonverbal autistic grandson loves it. They went over the best treatment plans for our grandson with us and made sure we were comfortable proceeding.
