First time going to this facility and I will say from the front staff to the dentists consult they are very professional personable and they take their time. They listened to my questions and explained the best solutions as they see fit. Highly recommend this establishment!!
I am removing my children from this office. Now don't get me wrong, when my two older children were younger, it was a great placr to receive dental services. The staff was friendly and procedures were completed in a time efficent manner. However, over the years, things have changed drastically, and for the worse! Not to mention that there is never an appointment available!!!! Then I bring my 2 year old for her first appointment and she is not able to be seen due to a preexisting issue that was put on the intake information. There should be someone reviewing this information prior to having patients get off work, pick up children, and waste gas.... Especially in this economy!!! I am highly upset!!!! 😡
I have 5 children and have been at this dentist for 2 years now. I was nervous about not going back with them for their treatments, but it has been great! If I need, I can watch them through a little window. The staff is so kind to my children and so helpful and polite to me. The facility is clean and bright and the waiting room always has a fun movie on for the kids as well as a little toy they can play with. Scheduling and rescheduling has been convenient and they have worked out getting multiple children in on the same day and time. Awesome dentist!
My family has been coming here for years but after today, we will not be returning. I have complained multiple times in the past regarding the staff being rough with my children etc. and still patronized here as a result of trying to extend GRACE!!. However to preserve my freedom and sanity, I choose to seek another provider. Most of the staff are rude or operates like a robot. If you want your children to experience a positive, professional, and warm atmosphere…. Go somewhere else where you will be valued and not just treated as a dollar sign. Hopefully, this place will be put out of business in the future!!!
Best toddler/kid dentistry hands down. They us feel like some comfortable & welcomed, and made my 3 year old daughter visit go so much smooth than I expected. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ! Definitely will be sending all of my mommy friends here.
