I will never bring my children back to this dentist ever again as long as they live. Do not bring your children here. These people are unprofessional and do what they wanna do when it comes to your child and they do not allow parents to go in the back with your child a few months ago my child was complaining of her bottom, two teeth hurting in her mouth, so I took her to smile starters and I was told that she could get crowns around her teeth that was bothering her. They told me to come back within a few months, which was today to get the seals on her teeth this new lady called her to the back and called me to the back at first and she told me that it was her two top teeth and I said no it’s not her two top teeth. I said it’s her to bottom teeth. That’s been bothering her so the lady said to me that well when she reviewed it it was my daughter‘s to Tati so me trusting her word I allowed my daughter to go back with her 30 minutes later my daughter was ready, so I thought maybe she just got her teeth cleaned and the ceilings around her teeth to prevent cavity. My daughter top teeth was gone out her mouth. I asked that lady I said what have you done and why is my daughter teeth out her mouth she said that she reviewed a prior notes and she took it upon herself to pull my daughter top two teeth out her mouth which was not the teeth that was bothering her, and she did not need her teeth pulled. I asked her. Why did she do this to my daughter and she’s only four years old and my daughter said that she was screaming out for me and the lady did not come and get me and took it upon herself and she said she made the choice to pull my daughter‘s teeth. I never saw no paperwork saying my daughter teeth needed to be poor and I never consent it to my daughter teeth to be pulled. This lady took it for herself so pull my daughter‘s teeth out her mouth without a adult being present and did not come at least ask me if she wanted to go that route and she told me that my daughter teeth are grow back and that was her choice that she decided to make after she seen documentation that my daughter was always supposed to get ceilings on her teeth. I was outraged about this situation and I’m not bringing my child back here anymore. The appointment was for 8 AM this morning. I’m just now getting the papers that I signed and nowhere in these papers that I read, I saw for her teeth to be pulled out her mouth.

If I could 0 stars I would. I am removing my children from this office as of today. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. There is no organization and no sense of time management in this office. They do not do a good job cleaning the children’s teeth and are not kid friendly at all. Having a 1 year old and 10 year it would make sense to have their appointments on the same day and a close time- however I was told they do not accommodate my schedule. Wow!! The receptionist is the absolute worse when it comes to the unprofessionalism and rudeness! Extremely disappointed and would advise against taking your children here.
