Please violate HIPAA laws, please pull your patience in a private room! All Is going on inside the mouth of any patient let alone a child please and thank you! If you’re gonna be stressed in your policy, please adhere by HIPPA! Completely unacceptable! Never had this experience here typically a fantastic Environment ! Other than that, keep up the good work!

Both of my kids have been going to smile starters since they were two years old and their customer service has been the same. They’re always very attentive. The place is always clean and answer my questions or concerns.

This dental office is extremely disappointing, especially for a pediatric setting. The staff displayed a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and an overall dismissive attitude toward patients. There was little concern shown for patient comfort or proper dental care. In addition, the facility appeared unclean, which is unacceptable in a healthcare environment. The quality of treatment did not meet basic standards, and overall, this office failed to provide the level of care and professionalism that patients especially children deserve.

They are surely after money. Why would you put a crown on a tooth that will still fall off ? Forna child to undergo root canal at such tender age? Saying thats the only remedy? The tooth can be saved by filling it up as the infection they claimed has not gotten to the nerves cos my daughter feels no pain. But they insist she has cavities and will crown all her teeth. This is really outrageous and very sad. I am really not happy at all
