Great experience and teeth feel wonderful

I was pleased with the dentist and I was pleased with her assistant. However when it came time to talk to the finance department, the insurance lady did not seem to have a clue as to what was going on. First of all, she apparently didn't know that your dental office was not in my insurance company's Network, but yet she went ahead and proceeded and to have the work done anyway and then a week later she still didn't know and I had to call my insurance company to find out and now she's talking about sending a bill to me and I sure hope that don't happen. But overall she was not very professional. She always wanted to make to make excuses instead of admitting that she might not have done her job, right. Overall I would probably not recommend them because she is working there.

I cannot rave about this place enough. We showed up 30 minutes early and they got us in. They accommodated our 1 year old and 3 year old sooo well. Our babies loved the ladies and the doc! Such amazing customer service and on top of that, they ran a special of $29 per exam. You can’t beat that. They played Little Bear on the TV to comfort our 3 year old and overall just gave our kids so much comfort and kindness. 12/10 recommend!

Where to begin….Dr Sexson is great! I feel fully confident when she is working in my mouth ….when I’ve had emergencies, and I’ve had several, she has always been able to get me in. Alisa is my hygienist and absolutely the best ! Robyn is the sweetest receptionist you’ll ever meet and so helpful but Casey…. Casey is the icing on the cake of this dentist office…you will find no other assistant who cares more for patients than her! Love them all!!

I love my dentist! Sheri is my hygienist and she is very gentle with my sensitive teeth. Also, they offer great package deals for people that don’t have dental insurance.

I had to go in for an emergency extraction because I couldn’t get in to see my regular dentist. From the time I called the office to the time I was done, it was less than an hour. The Doctor was amazing and she was so nice to me. The nurses were great and helped me through the entire visit. I will definitely be switching dentists.

I got my teeth whitened for the first time, and Casey was the BEST! She took time to explain the entire process, talked me through each step, and checked on me repeatedly to make sure I was comfortable. The care I’ve received at this dental office is top notch, and I give them the highest recommendation possible.
