Our whole family came in as new patients on a Saturday, and we had such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The reception staff greeted us warmly and were extremely friendly, patient, and accommodating. They made the check-in process easy and helped our family feel comfortable right away. My husband and I had deep cleanings, and our children also had orthodontic consultations. The staff took the time to explain each procedure clearly, answer all of our questions, and make sure no one felt rushed or nervous. We especially appreciated how gentle and attentive everyone was with the kids. Dr. Ra was incredibly friendly, personable, and professional. Dr. Ra made each member of our family feel welcome and at ease, which is not always easy during a dental visit. We never felt like just another appointment on the schedule. The care felt personal, thoughtful, and genuinely focused on our family’s needs. It was also very convenient that the office was able to accommodate our entire family on a Saturday. From the welcoming front desk staff to the dental and orthodontic care, everyone worked together to make our first visit smooth and positive. We are very happy to have found this office and look forward to continuing our family’s dental care here. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, caring, and family-oriented dental office!

Let’s me start by saying this, my experience from the first day I came in here has been nothing short of amazing. Staff is always so friendly and Dr. Ra is just that, raw with his information during visits and doesn’t push to do all dental work at the expense of your wallet. Everyone here truly cares about the health of your mouth and teeth and I really appreciate that. Shout out to Mari, Marisela, Cindy, Denise, Monica, Dr. Garrett, Dr. Berry, Dr. Yam, and Teresa. Im sure I’m missing some but everyone on the team has been so great so if I didn’t mention you, just know you are included in this great review.

The front office staff is absolutely amazing—they’re friendly, welcoming, organized, and always make the scheduling and check-in process so easy. The back office team is just as incredible. The doctors ,dental assistants, hygienist and clinical staff are compassionate, knowledgeable, and make you feel comfortable throughout your entire visit. They take the time to explain everything and genuinely care about their patients. The dentist provides exceptional care with attention to detail and always makes sure you’re informed and at ease. It’s clear that everyone in this office works together to create a positive experience. The whole staff is great. They are knowledgeable, kind, gentle, and professionals. I use to be scared of the dentist but they make me feel comfortable and do excellent work. Honorable mention to Mari, she helped me make a wonderful decision in getting braces. I love my new smile. I feel more confident and appreciate her not giving up on me. My orthodontist Garrett was the best. He is top notch and would highly recommend Smile Studios for all your dental needs.
