Dr. Galvan & staff are awesome! He provided me with quick imaging including a CT scan that showed me abscesses and things the prior dentist didn’t show. He got me in at the last minute and was very informative!! Thank you so much!!!

Treat you like your family!! Veronica, Erika, Jazmin are amazing people extremely sweet, answers all your questions very understanding, very caring!! Dr. Galvan also is great and will answer any question you might have. I really love it there. I am blessed to have found them!

This was my 1st apmt at this Dental office. I arrived early knowin i wud have paperwork to fill out. Which i did quickly. When Gaby called me to come back, the 1st stop was pano x-ray. Easy enuf. She introduced some staff onn the way to her area. Everone was pleasent and friendly. Then came the individual x-rays. Usually these are not the easiest to do. But, Gaby is real good at them. I’m usually somewhat nervious by this point, however this time was completely different. She and the others have a way to make you feel relaxed and calm. As we went thru the exam, she explained ever detail and procedure that she was gonna do. Unfortunately my procedures are more extensive than my scheduled time wud allow. I had to be scheduled for anuther day for her to be able to accomplish the deep cleanin i need. I have no worrys that what she has to do will be dun as quickly and as painless as she can possibly make it. I highly recommend The Smile Institute to anyone needin any dental work of any kind. They do it all. They are very friendly and professional. I will gladly return for all my appointments for anythin they feel i need to have dun.

I set up an appointment for a second opinion for my mom after a series of unsatisfactory experiences with other dentists. I was immediately put at ease by Erika with her kind and very empathetic demeanor during the intake process. During my mom's visit, Dr. Galvez took time to listen to and validate my mom's concerns. He gave a thorough explanation of what he observed and made reasonable recommendations for next steps. Erika ensured that I was up to date on Dr. Galvan's assessment and plan and she provided prompt follow up, going above and beyond by calling the endodontist when we were having difficulty getting in touch with their office. I greatly appreciate the peace of mind offered by Dr. Galvan's staff knowing that my mom feels heard and valued as a patient. Thank you!

Erica’s kindness and knowledge helped me tremendously. I was scared at first but she helped ease all my worries. Dr Galvan did an amazing job. They sure do make you feel like family not just another client. Thank you to Veronica too for always being there to help with whatever questions I had.

Good day, once again, I had a great service at the smile Institute. Gaby is a wonderful professional and has knowledge, wisdom, and experience that I haven’t had in the last 17 years of getting dental service. I would recommend the smile Institute to anyone that wants great service, professionalism, knowledgeable people that can inform you of what’s best for you and then Carrie out the treatment to the point , that i think I fell asleep. Just an amazing group of professionals, with huge hearts…. I love visiting these folks, it’s like being with family. All are razor focused on their responsibilities to correct my smile, and advise, on my dental needs, while comfortably opening their hearts in order to comfort me. It doesn’t get any better than this, no matter what city, you’re in, across the country.

Amazing staff and doctors always very sweet and patient with me every time I visit. They really will go the extra mile for you, your comfort and your teeth, truly showing their care and dedication for their patients. The receptionist Veronica was polite n professional with a great attitude. Jasmine who did the ct scan n prep was awesome. Dr Galvan was professional. Erika was very positive. It was my initial consultation. Over a good experience.
