Don’t bother coming here. The old lady at the front desk was EXTREMELY rude to me. Instead of trying to help me understand the insurance situation, she was talking to me in a horribly degrading way. I can’t believe any one speaks to people like that in customer service. HIGHLY unprofessional!! Don’t come here unless you want to be mocked by an old miserable lady.

This guy is HORRIBLE. WONT GIVE MED OR ANTIBIOTICS TO A PERSON THAT DOES NOT TAKE PILLS AND IS PHOBIC ABOUT MOUTH CARE , HE HAS NO EMPHASIZE AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT A PERSON OR HER PAIN.. HE CAN HE-DOUBLE-L himself.

Zero stars if I could. My very last filling I had from this place finally cracked and fell out. My first appointment was horrible, and I was back soon after since my bottom almost completely fell out, it hadn’t even been a month. This has never happened at any dentist I’ve been to and I always follow all the after care instructions and right care when I’ve gotten cavity fills. Not happy at all as I have now have had to all them repaired because of Dr Chans sloppy and rushed work (he even admitted he was rushing as my appointment was very last minute) and he seemed to be annoyed at me being back in the chair. There have been where I can feel what felt like small rocks in my mouth and it’s the filling slowly falling out. Didn’t matter if I chewed on something or simply drank water they were loosing it up. I’ve now spent the last three years fixing it. The women working the desk and dental assistants are lovely, Dr. Chan not so much
One star for Dental assistant and one for the Dentist, after that BAD! The Dentist said he could not do the work unless the girls upfront who he were in charge said so. Well another patient had came in & the girls in charge said the work could get done but it would take 30 minutes so the Dentist could see the other patient, then the girls had a issue with my Xrays as well few other items. $170.00 for less than 3 min. with Dentist who had no issue with my Xray and me still with my bad tooth. I think l was scamed

I really appreciate that they focus on biocompatible dentistry & offer metal-free crowns & safe replacement of old silver (amalgam) fillings. It gave me peace of mind knowing they prioritize materials that support both oral & overall health. I highly recommend this office!

Over the years, they’ve consistently provided outstanding service, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The entire staff is amazing—everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and always willing to answer any questions I have. They truly make every visit a positive one. A special thank you to the hygienist who cleans my teeth. She is incredibly gentle, thorough, and always makes me feel comfortable during my cleanings. I genuinely appreciate the care she puts into every appointment. I also had my braces done with their orthodontist, and the experience was just as wonderful. Even after completing my treatment, I continue to come back for my yearly orthodontic checkups. The orthodontic team has always been professional, caring, and attentive throughout the entire process.
