My daughter’s dental procedure is scheduled for the future. Still, last week I had to coordinate everything between the dental and orthodontic offices myself because her orthodontic wire needs to be removed before the dentist can perform the procedure and then replaced afterward; the appointments needed to be scheduled together. One of the front office staff members at the dental office was not very helpful. Another staff member explained that there is usually someone who helps coordinate these appointments, but that person was on vacation. While I appreciated that explanation, there should still be a system in place so patient care doesn’t depend on one employee being available. I also don’t understand why there isn’t a direct line between the dental and orthodontic offices. I even tried calling the orthodontic office while I was standing, so I wouldn’t have to keep walking back and forth. Still, instead of going directly to the orthodontic office, I was routed to an overseas call center. In the end, I had to go back and forth between the two offices multiple times to coordinate the appointments myself. Since your website advertises children’s dentistry, orthodontics, and oral surgery as one comprehensive practice, I expected the offices to communicate directly and coordinate care internally. Improving communication and scheduling between your departments would make the experience much smoother for families.

I first want to make sure that we are clear this 5 star review is for the dentist side in the orthodontic side of this business . I had a HORRIBLE experience on the regular side , I will give that receptionist a little grace because she was by herself with a lobby full but maybe customer service isn’t for you ! Walked next door explained what happen and the two young ladies working the front where AMAZING ! Because of the staff on this side we will be returning. The lead on the staff turned a horrible experience into a good one . Thank you to the staff a million times you are appreciated.

Absolutely unacceptable. We had appointments scheduled, took time off work, showed up, and were told they gave our appointments away because we did not respond to a reminder text that went to spam. The text did not clearly explain that no response would mean losing the appointment. That is terrible communication and a terrible way to treat patients. My wife and I rearranged our day for nothing, and of course the manager was at lunch and unavailable when we needed answers. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of our time.

This place is horrible! First dentist in this building was pushy and arrogant! I asked questions and she acted like that insulted her intelligence that I should just blindly do whatever she said! I don't think putting a crown on a baby tooth at age 8 is neccessary and she told me that we aren't going to see eye to eye and that I need to find a new dentist! That's the only thing we agreed on! I told the staff I wanted a new dentist in this building and the next lady was much better!!! Very kind and understanding!

You might as well not even show up for your appointment because they’ll have you waiting in the lobby for an hour until they tell you they marked you as absent even though you checked in and still give you attitude. Maybe if the receptionist wasn’t scrolling on her phone she’d be aware of who’s right in front of her.

Dr Call is awesome but the newer receptionist was rude. She even admitted to not knowing how to do the text message to confirm appointments. We show up the day of appt on time and was told we had to reschedule because the appt wasn't confirmed the day before. She claims to be the one to call to confirm but I have no missed calls from dentist office.
