Beware of the deceptive scheduling and rude staff at this location. I called, rescheduled, and fully confirmed an 8:00 AM appointment for my son. When we arrived, the front desk girl rudely refused to see him because I "didn't confirm," even after I showed her the reminder text sent by their own system. She gave me dirty looks and had zero customer service skills. When the manager came out, he admitted they secretly put my son on an "overflow list" without telling me when I booked. To brush us off, they sent us next door to another office where my son received a terrible, rushed cleaning. Avoid this place—they mess up their scheduling, blame the parents, treat you with disrespect, and pass your kid off for poor quality medical care.

Didn’t get seen til almost 35 mins after my appointment time due to there being only one dental assistant & dr there? Late then getting rushed through.

Checking in was great, the dental assistant and dentist were wonderful! I would have given five stars until I had to wait for someone to schedule my son's treatment. The lady told me to wait a couple of minutes, no problem. I inquired after 30 minutes, if more information was needed and was spoken to rudely. I waited an entire hour, with a five year old, for a treatment to be scheduled. I know it is hard to be busy, I truly understand. But, waiting an hour is ridiculous.

This is the most unprofessional place I ever been to the staff are rude. When you miss a payment they overcharge you on your late payments and when you’re trying to contact billing, nobody contacts you back so you end up missing more payments and end up needing to pay more money towards them they are money, hungry, and they are ridiculous. They cancel appointments if you do not pay the full amount that is owed it’s ridiculous. These people are robbing people out after you pay and get close to paying off your fees they add more additional fees to your payment. This place is ridiculous. Never have I ever been mistreated as a person they are not professional at all.

Dr Greene was amazing as usual. Ruby the assistant did amazing with my girls! They were definitely happy with the experience.

The dentistry still feels commercial, there is not much of a “family” feel to it, it’s more like business per usual. It’s been that way for a decade now with this smiles for kids. The location I went to the staff was nice and pleasant. I just don’t like the feeling like my child is a ticket number. But I had no choice not many places accept my insurance anymore went from a dentist I absolutely loved to here..

Long wait time, waited 30 mins before my child was called. I had to ask front desk staff to see how much longer until my child was going to be called back for a cleaning and staff answer was we were not sure and that they were just told that’s they are behind in the back due to an emergency but wasn’t told anything when I check my child in. Felted rushed. The communication with staff was not there. We have been going to the building next door for over 10 years and no issues. Was not told appointments would be at this location. We will not be going back to this location. One dr for the whole building and a 20 min cleaning that was surprising. But worst experience we had at this location and not just once but twice. Three kids two different times not okay.

Operations has really gone down hill the past couple years. Front desk receptionists definitely need improvement on customer service. The call center can't even reach the front desk. No direct lines for patients to call the office. This tells me they don't want to communicate with patients directly. There's no strategy in appointment scheduling and routing calls. This is for both Ortho and the Dentist office. Do better Smiles for Kids. Maybe Consider new management and friendly faces at the front desks. You have great doctors but you've lost us as dentistry patients due to poor customer service.

Great with my teenager! Staff are always helpful and friendly for orthodontics appointments. Dentists have been amazing in ensuring success and proper oral health for all 3 of my children.

My daughter’s dental procedure is scheduled for the future. Still, last week I had to coordinate everything between the dental and orthodontic offices myself because her orthodontic wire needs to be removed before the dentist can perform the procedure and then replaced afterward; the appointments needed to be scheduled together. One of the front office staff members at the dental office was not very helpful. Another staff member explained that there is usually someone who helps coordinate these appointments, but that person was on vacation. While I appreciated that explanation, there should still be a system in place so patient care doesn’t depend on one employee being available. I also don’t understand why there isn’t a direct line between the dental and orthodontic offices. I even tried calling the orthodontic office while I was standing, so I wouldn’t have to keep walking back and forth. Still, instead of going directly to the orthodontic office, I was routed to an overseas call center. In the end, I had to go back and forth between the two offices multiple times to coordinate the appointments myself. Since your website advertises children’s dentistry, orthodontics, and oral surgery as one comprehensive practice, I expected the offices to communicate directly and coordinate care internally. Improving communication and scheduling between your departments would make the experience much smoother for families.
