I was seen right on time and the service was excellent!

Highly not recommended what it took Smiles Design in Ocoee 3 months to attempt to do; I got it done elsewhere in one week and $300 cheaper!

Dr Martinez is an amazing dentist, and has transformed my mouth from a horror show to a think of beauty. He is the consummate professional, a perfectionist, and the person you want doing your dental work. I am so glad I was referred to him. It has been a painstaking process and I had a few moments, but he was so patient and kind and got me through it. His office staff, Jamie, Karen, Ana, and Carla are also just as wonderful. Dental work is never fun, but Dr. Martinez and his staff make it the most positive experience it can be. I highly recommend using Dr. Martinez, you won't be disappointed, and you will have a beautiful smile at the end!

Dr. Martinez and his staff are amazing. From my first visit to my last the care I received from the front desk to those in the back was excellent. The warmth as soon as you walk in the door was genuine. Such attention to detail . Everything was explained from cost to procedures.

I have been a patient of Dr Martinez since 2019. Him and his staff are so friendly and always try to help. Make sure that your dentures are working in a good order. They’ve been able to fit me in many times when I had emergencies. Dr Martinez does the most incredible work imaginable I have full dentures on the top and bottom when I lost weight over 70 pounds my dentures needed to be readjusted and he did it in one day so I was not without my teeth for for very long. his entire staff is very friendly and accommodating, and they have been able to get me in at last minute notice sometimes. dr Martinez has a skill and expertise that far exceeds those in his field. Many years ago in 2019 October God sent me to his practice and I’m thankful I have nothing but great things to say about him and his staff thank y’all very much for everything you’ve done for me. I appreciate it greatly.

always amazing customer service here from the front desk staff, especially jaime. Went for a cleaning and Rosie was wonderful. she was extremely thorough and my teeth felt the cleanest they had ever been. she was very detailed and did not miss a single spot. I’ve also been going for composite fillings and dr.martinez is amazing! i had a composite appointment today and janette assisted dr. martinez with it, she was so kind and extremely caring. every staff member here is very kind and knowledgeable!! would highly recommend :)

10 out of 10! This is my second visit and the entire experience from the front desk staff to Dr. Martinez provided excellent care. These people really care about their patients. I was scheduled for a follow up visit but one of my crowns (done elsewhere 11years ago) popped off while water flossing at high pressure - a definite no-no! I got a new appointment for a longer visit and they were able to take care of everything right away. The entire experience being there, from the music playing to the images on the TV screens, kept me very calm and relaxed. Dr. Martinez is very skilled at working with difficult and challenging dental issues. He speaks to you like a he cares about, not just walking in and doing his stuff and walking out. Everything was explained to me and costs were discussed before the work was done. This is especially important since they do not take dental insurance, but I still chose to go there. They’re doing everything right and are open to feedback. Keep up the good work!
