Very impressed with the office and staff. I’m so glad they are in-network. The aligners have done wonders on my teeth after eight months. I will use retainers religiously from now on. I highly recommend Dr Menéndez and staff.

I've had a great experience with Smiles throughout my orthodontic treatment. The entire team is always so friendly and welcoming, and they genuinely care about their patients. One thing I really appreciate is that they're always willing to answer my questions and explain things in a way that's easy to understand. I've never felt rushed or like I was asking too many questions. They've also been very accommodating whenever I've needed to come in unexpectedly. I'm so happy with my results so far, and I'm grateful for all the care and support I've received from the team at Smiles. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an orthodontist!

Dr. Melendez and team are fantastic. They are fast and friendly and are very transparent in all of their care. I would definitely recommend them to whoever needs their services.

The office is amazing and the staff is just so accommodating and helpful! We were moving out of state from Tacoma and Dr. Menendez’s office came highly recommended from my ortho doc. She took me in as a new patient mid-treatment, caught some gaps in my teeth the previous office had missed, and she was honest and upfront saying I needed another year of treatment for everything to be up to her standards (which I really appreciated) and my smile is a testament to her absolutely killer skills and her keen eye. Will recommend over and over and over again whenever I can! The staff is just so helpful and easy to work with! I absolutely loved working with Shell and Melissa and Neal, they bring such a great and easygoing vibe to the office and one that I really appreciated, especially when I would end up having to take my toddler into appointments with me since we have no family in the area, and were very new to El Paso when we first moved here. Thank you again to the Smiles Orthodontics team! You couldn’t ask for a better team to be in charge of your smile.

I took my daughter here. Everyone and I mean every single person there is fantastic. They're quick, friendly ,knowledgeable, and super flexible about payments. Super positive environment. I drive from horizon city to the Westside because of the service provided by the employees. There's a closer one near me but my daughter insisted we keep with the west side. Thank you to all of you.

Dr. Menendez was very helpful and caring. She provided some helpful advice and guidance. She also gave recognition to some of the things I was doing. Left feeling like she was listening and providing support and positive feedback.
