This was by far one of the most disturbing and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a service provider. The behaviour I experienced was completely inappropriate and crossed serious personal boundaries. I did not feel safe, respected, or treated professionally at any point. The quality of work did not match the amount charged, and when concerns were raised, they were dismissed instead of addressed. There was a complete lack of integrity, accountability, and basic decency. I strongly warn anyone especially women to be extremely cautious before engaging this service. Trust your instincts. I would never recommend this business to anyone.
It was my first experience at this clinic, and I would highly recommend it. The receptionists were so lovely, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Oral Health Therapist Aala and Nurse Mariana did my scale and polish, they were so gentle and thorough, and Aala kept checking if I needed a break, which was so considerate. ❤️ Dr. Nabil was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease.
