I have been treated by Dr. Heller for multiple dental problems and would recommend her to anyone who wants to find a very caring, knowledgeable dentist with very light touch! I was relaxing by the pool, enjoying a sandwich, when one of my crowns came loose. It was Friday at 2:30 PM, my last day of vacation, so I wanted to have it re-cemented before flying home. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a dentist in Miami Beach, making it uncertain if I’d be able to resolve my issue. I took a chance and called SoFi Dental Care and Orthodontics. To my surprise, they informed me that if I could arrive before 3 PM, they could re-cement my crown. I arrived at 2:45, filled out some paperwork, and was in the dental chair by 3:10. Chelsea, Marleni, and Daniela made the entire process incredibly easy and efficient. Dr. Saidi examined my crown, offered some valuable advice, and had the crown securely in place within about 10 minutes. I was back at the pool by 3:30 PM. I was so impressed! The team at SoFi Dental Care and Orthodontics not only helped me resolve a challenging dental issue promptly and professionally but also provided exceptional customer service. I highly recommend SoFi Dental Care and Orthodontics. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful.
