The hygienist tried to tell me there is a North Carolina law that requires patients to receive treatments that they choose NOT to have nor are covered by insurance(as in my case). There is NO such law. I spoke with my insurance just prior to my office visit with Solace to see what is covered and not covered. This office tried to convince me that things I know were NOT covered(were in fact covered). Wrong. I was told by the hygienist that I need to "qualify" for a cleaning?? In addition, I was also told that having my X-Rays sent over from a previous dental office would NOT suffice. When I tried to explain this, the hygienist literally walked away as I was speaking to her. Having been to dozens of dental offices in multiple states throughout my life/career, I have never experienced anything like what took place during this visit.

This has been the most professional and caring Dentist office I have ever used. Every single person was absolutely amazing and genuinely nice. The dental work I had done far exceeded my expectations.

Had an issue with a crown biting into my cheek and Dr. Relkin took care of it by sanding it down. No more problems. In addition, she is very personable as was Kerry the dental assistant. I left my old dentist and went to Solace and have been extremely happy with my move.
