Somos Dental & Orthodontics - Maryvale

My experience with Somos Dental on 67th Avenue and Camelback was extremely disappointing due to their lack of professionalism and communication. I had to schedule three separate appointments, and each time my time was wasted. I never received a phone call to update me about my insurance status, payment information, or any other important details regarding my treatment. Instead of keeping me informed, I had to repeatedly call and follow up myself just to get answers. I believe that respecting patients' time is essential, and the lack of organization and communication at this office was unacceptable. I expected much better service and a more professional level of care. I hope they improve their communication and scheduling processes so that other patients do not have to go through the same frustrating experience.

The staff members were so nice. Fatima made it so easy to make an appointment that worked with my schedule. My son and i were both scheduled, and we didn't have a long wait time. We were able to both get braces that same day.

I’ve been a patient for over 3 years and today i had an adjustment done by Bryan who helped me and he was excellent. He was very patient, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. He was professional, kind, and overall a pleasure to have assisting me. I truly appreciate the great care and positive experience he provided

I had a really good experience with Dr Jones. I have bad dental anxiety but he coached me from start to finish with my tooth extraction and bone graft. The front desk and finance lady was nice to me. I came at 8 and was out before 10. Overall I had a great experience very grateful for Dr.Jones taking care of me.
