Sonoran Desert Dentistry

I had my new patient visit and they did an amazing job of level setting on where things stood to create a baseline. They were all very friendly. Lilly was my hygienist and was great! Dr. Herro was very thorough and explained thing well. There was one thing that left a bad taste in my mouth ;-) . In past dentist appts. I have never had to pay for fluoride to be applied to my teeth. In my case I consider that to be a nice to have, but it was not communicated that that was an additional charge. That would be good to communicate to the patient. It was nominal but a surprise none-the-less. I am expecting future visits will be just as good.

We've had a horrendous experience over the last 5 months due the office manager Amy. Amy is completely unprofessional in dealing with insurance companies and is quite frankly a black eye on the entire practice. If she ever felt compelled to do her job and actually work with patients and their insurance providers vs being a net detriment to the entire business we'd be happy to return to the practice. My wife has spent roughly 50-60 hours of her own time in dealing with the insurance companies and due to Amy's continued incompetence our issue remains unresolved.

Five stars for Karla! She gave me a deep cleaning today. Karla has such a good vibe and makes the patients feel so comfortable. Attitude is everything and Karla has the best bedside manner I've ever seen!

First visit to a new dentist after moving to Arizona. I loved the office, especially the wall with all the pictures of people’s dogs. I get a bit nervous at the dentist, but Victoria and Dr. Zubairi made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. It was a great experience, and I’d highly recommend giving Sonoran Desert Dentistry a try.

Dr. Herro is amazing! Her bedside manner was outstanding! :) she made me feel welcomed and listened with opened ears. I plan on continuing my dental care with her.

In the midst of travelling to Arizona last week, my bottom front tooth needed some repair work. Lucky for me, I discovered Sonoran Desert Dentistry in Scottsdale. If I could award 10 or more gold stars to this office I would. Dr. G and his amazing assistant Daniella took care of this unsightly tooth and made it look better than before. From the moment I walked into the office, I was welcomed with kindness and was quickly put at ease and reassured that they could get the job done and indeed they did. Every step of the procedure was discussed beforehand so that there were no surprises. I can assure you, as someone who has family in the dental field, that this office will take care of any routine or emergency issue you have. Highly recommend.
