Sonrisas is WONDERFUL. In the past, I have always felt nervous at dentists’ offices and have had some unfortunate experiences. That is not the case with this office. Everyone at Sonrisas is welcoming, friendly, and patient. They take time to explain treatments, answer questions, and do not judge or shame their patients. it is clear they all are passionate about their work and want to serve the community. Special shoutout: Hygienist Lisa is INCREDIBLE. Her warmth, gentleness, and expertise are greatly appreciated. I no longer feel nervous and I actually look forward to my cleanings and appointments. I drive from across town just to get this exceptional care. ❤️ 🦷 ❤️ thank you!!

My son got his braces here and I switched to the dentist in south Austin. It's the best experience I've had at a dentist/orthodontics office. Everyone that works there are professional and so nice. They fully explain charges and insurance and how it works. Highest recommendation if you are looking for these services.

I had an appointment at 9:30 a.m., but I wasn’t seen until 10:30 a.m. While the dental hygienist was treating me, she left the room without saying anything and I waited for about 10 minutes. When she came back, she told me she had been helping another patient. Then she spent more time writing notes for that patient before continuing with my appointment. I felt that my dental cleaning was rushed and not done properly. After my appointment, I wanted to speak with the office manager, but she never came to talk to me. Instead, I spoke with the receptionist, who gave me a $10 Amazon gift card. While I appreciate the gesture, I don’t feel that it makes up for the poor service or the time I lost.I expected a much more professional and respectful experience. Unfortunately, after what happened today, I will not be returning to this office.

My daughter just got her braces at Sonrisas Dental Clinic, and we had a wonderful experience! Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment we arrived. They made her feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and answered all of our questions. The entire process went smoothly, and we’re very happy with the care she received. A very good experience with the dental coordinator (Gisel), she was a sweetheart! You can tell she loves her job. She helped me with my appointment and was attentive to all my questions.

I didn't want to write this review, but given the results I'm getting, I felt the need to share my experience. Scheduling the appointment was very easy, and the staff was friendly, but it's been over a month since I got the filling, and I'm still having discomfort in that tooth. I know it's that tooth because it's uncomfortable when I eat. It's not a severe pain, but it's very uncomfortable. I called to explain, and they told me to wait a few days, but when I went back for my next appointment, for an extraction, I explained it to them in person, and they contradicted me. They said it might be something else and that I need more tests. I explained that it was that tooth because that's where they did the filling, and it's been hurting ever since. It's very uncomfortable when I eat, and I can't eat comfortably.

I love the attention from the entire team; they always greet you with such kindness and smiles. They truly make you feel welcome and like family. Everyone speaks both Spanish and English. The doctors are the best in Austin. Congratulations!
