Proceed with caution. I was Scammed! They are not upfront and honest about the cost of procedures. I paid $803 for a procedure. I was sent a bill from them months after my initial visit stating I owe a significant amount of more money. I was never told that was an estimate and that I could possibly owe more money for the procedure. What a shame. Bad customer service, did not assist in the situation. I will not return.

No one likes going to the dentist, right? I have had such a pleasant experience with Soulard Family Dentistry this past year. They have made me feel so comfortable even when my anxiety about getting any dental work done is through the roof. I would 100% recommend going here to anyone! Everyone is so sweet and helps ease any stress you have about getting procedures done! 10/10!

My husband and I have been going to Soulard Family Dentistry for years and love it! This past visit we took our 1 1/2 year old to her first visit. We were back and forth about going to a pediatric dentist vs. our family dentist but decided to keep our family dental care at the same practice. Our 1 1/2 year old had the BEST first visit thanks to our wonderful hygienist. She kept the appointment fun and low pressure. She went at the pace/comfort level of our child. Because of her gentleness and warm demeanor, we had a quick appointment where we counted teeth, learned about the tools, had a quick clean, and a fluoride treatment. Our hygienist understands how unpredictable toddlers can be and gave me realistic expectations for future visits. I am confident in the dental care for our toddler and thankful we have a dentist practice our family can grow with!

The team here is excellent! They explain things so well and are very thorough. My kids are curious and nervous, but they have great appointments because this team is so caring and patient.

As I do not have dental insurance, I was self pay and had to wait and save quite some time to get the work done, however, I'm glad I didn't go elsewhere as my experience this past Thursday was pleasant and is now my go to for the rest of my dental needs. First initial dental experience was better than the majority of dental experiences that I have had throughout my years in going to other dentist offices.

My toddler chipped his front teeth and the staff did a great job checking him out and were very patient and sweet while he worked through his first dentist visit uncertainties. Update: My 2.5 year old just had his first cleaning appointment and everyone was so sweet and playful with him. Made his first cleaning fun and comfortable!
