The best staff. Technology is updated. Very personable dental plans; specific to one's need. Each client has a say and aware of his or her care. Highly Recommend!
Referred by my dentist for a root canal. I needed to be seen quickly for insurance reasons and this office was amazing. Dr. Moran was very kind and patiently explained the procedure. There's a view of the water, I got to pick out music and I had a blanket! I hardly knew I was having a root canal. I would definitely recommend this office.
Not Recommended - Poor Communication and Scheduling Practices I was referred by my dentist in July for a tooth likely needing a root canal. At my first visit (July 1), the endodontist performed a cold test and told me to let the tooth "settle down" and return in a few months. When I returned months later, he took another X-ray, performed another painful cold test, and confirmed I needed a root canal. However, the earliest available appointment was 4 weeks away. During this entire time, my tooth pain continued and worsened. One week before my scheduled procedure, the receptionist called to cancel my appointment, stating another patient had an “emergency” and needed my time slot. If this were truly an urgent emergency, the patient would have been seen immediately - not scheduled a week out by taking my already-booked appointment. The receptionist did text back offering a slightly earlier appointment, but gave me only 27 minutes to respond via text or the slot would be given away. I was unable to drop everything and respond within such an unreasonable timeframe. After months of waiting while in pain, having my treatment cancelled last-minute for a non-emergency, then being given an ultimatum with a 27-minute deadline, showed poor practice management and disregard for existing patients. I chose to find another endodontist who would respect both my patient needs and schedule.
Wonderful experience, amazing staff, felt like hanging out with friends more than a dental visit. Professional, knowledgeable, all the things you look for in dentist and staff.
Love Dr. Whalen. The staff was very friendly, helpful, patient and kind. I have always been nervous going to dentists but they made me feel comfortable and not judged.
