The office staff have been very understanding of me and my circumstances. Dr. Baker is a very cool guy and seems very reliable, if anything goes wrong I can contact him. He answers all of my questions, explains his process thoroughly, and I felt he genuinely cares about his patients even outside of the office. I've had two root canals with him so far and both were successful, quick, and painless. Thank you so much :)

Dr. Baker and his team are a professional, prompt, lovely team. I’ve had a series of tooth issues this year, and I am lucky to have found Dr. Baker. He’s really good at what he does, and Chloe always calls me back whenever I need an appointment or have a question. I will absolutely return if I ever need another root canal (hopefully not though!). Seeing Dr. Dylan Baker for a root canal was the worst experience in my 66 years. He had no concern or care of pain control. He was cold, and uncaring. It was the afternoon on a Friday. He clearly wanted the job done and me out of there. I discourage anyone from going to see this endodontist.

Dr. Baker and his staff are top notch. I was given multiple referrals by my dentist after I went in for an emergency visit and they advised on needing a root canal on a tooth they had originally scheduled for a filling but waited too long to do. I was told to take an appointment wit the first office that could get me in. The first number I called did not answer and honestly, I think it worked out for the best -- South Burlington Endodontics answered immediately and were so pleasant, advising they could get me in the next week. They explained the process, gave me an an exact estimate on the out of pocket costs based on my insurance. I didn't bother call the 3rd number or try the 1st again. I later did some research on South Burlington Endodontics and found they were rated 5 stars on Google, which made me feel even better about the decision to stick with them. The day of the procedure, they called and advised on a cancellation and got me in sooner than planned which was a bonus. The technology in the office is cutting edge and Dr. Baker explained the X-rays and what to expect from the whole procedure. It was absolutely painless through the whole procedure and even after the anesthetic had worn off was a dull ache at best. Advil and Tylenol as prescribed was all that was need. I was back to drinking hot and cold with no pain that evening. The following day or two was a bit sensitive from pressure when chewing, but otherwise did not hurt at all when not eating. Almost a week post op and things are almost back to 100% as I wait for a crown. I only wish my regular dentist was as quick and thorough as Dr. Baker and his staff. I'd absolutely choose them as a primary dentist if it was an option. You will not go wrong with choosing them for your procedure.

I needed a root canal and was experiencing a lot of tooth pain and I had an excellent experience with Dr Baker. I found him to be very personable and accommodating when working with me and his staff were also polite and professional. I couldn't have asked for more and would highly recommend going to him if you're in need of a root canal!
