Dr menendez was the best!: the best in Miami

I’ve gone to three different dentists in this area over the years and this office is by far the best! I didn’t feel like I walked into a sales office where they constantly try to push services on me. In fact, this was the first dentist in a while that didn’t make up cavities for me to get filled. The hygienist was really gentle yet thorough. All of the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. So happy I’ve finally found my local dentist!

I came to treat a cavity, but had a really bad experience. The dentist gave several very painful injections, but when she started drilling, I could still feel everything — the anesthesia didn’t work at all. It was honestly shocking. The whole experience felt unprofessional, and communication in English was poor. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic.

Went to South Dental for the first time and it was a great experience. The service was great, the hygienist was excellent and the pricing can't be beat! Highly recommend them!

I have been coming to South Dental in Midtown for yearsssss and they are absolutely the best!! Dr. Ramon is the most welcoming, helpful, accommodating, and charming person ever who brightens your day. All of the technicians I have seen for x-rays and cleaning have been great, thorough and gentle. The office is always spotless and quiet so its like my zen moment to relax while ai get my cleaning. Dr. Ramon always makes sure everyone is happy and I have never waited more than a couple of minutes. I could not recommend them any more, I trust them 100%!!!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Cannot say enough good things about South Dental Midtown. From the moment you walk in, Ramon greets you with the warmest welcome (not just once, but every time) and there’s always good smelling candles burning and a very clean facility. The dentist and assistants are the most thoughtful and supportive people I’ve worked with in the medical field… they feel almost maternal in the way they take the time to explain everything to you, make you feel comfortable, and calm your anxiety when you’re getting numbing shots. They’re patient and empathetic. Do not hesitate to book an appointment here! They also have incredible deals for those without insurance, which I was extremely relieved and thankful for

My experience at South Dental at Midtown went amazingly. From the moment I walked in I could tell it was going to be a good experience. The place is very clean and tidy. Everyone working there seemed very happy to be there, especially Dr. Ramon. Dr. Ramon is very kind and really knows how to give you a great experience. I have never been to any dentistry office like this. I have already recommended this place to all my personal family and friends. Will definitely be coming back!!!

This is my primary dentist. I initially started at the Brickell location in 2004, but I go to either office now when I need a cleaning. The company offers an excellent price and does an excellent job every time! I get a cleaning 3-4 times per year and have excellent teeth in part due to this habit. Ramon is conscientious and considerate. The office is clean and the dentist is nice and thorough. Additionally, the hygienist are sometimes actually dentists formally in their country. This is a great location! And the company is wonderful overall!

I'm guessing most people go here for the convenience of it being in Midtown but it's not worth it. Very unorganized gave incorrect information about insurance multiple times and once I was fed up charged me $150 to send my x-rays somewhere else. Had a friend that went here, they missed a cavity for months that turned so bad he had to get oral surgery to remove it.
