I am a medical professional, we take care of others, but alot of us, myself included Do Not do well with shots/pain. I had my 1st visit with Bonnie who was just amazing. Being patient with me, keeping me calm. 2 days later Alejandro was also Great! Both very patient and kind. KUDOS!!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟!

PREDATORY, UNCOMPASSIONATE, UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I had a great experience with this office all until Kasia the Office Manager and Nicole the Administrative Assistant failed to do their job and decided to treat me like I was less than dirt over their mistakes. I have been paying on time for my treatment consistently for months until they changed the way they handle their check out process even after I had inquired MULTIPLE times about them not taking my payment just for them to drop a $2,000 bill in my lap on the last month of treatment. When I expressed concern for this as they know my current unfair loss of employment status they treated me as if I was the problem. I reached out via email to speak to upper managment which I was responded to stating "I have an outstanding balance" which is NOT what I was inquiring about in any way in my email. It's very obvious how little these two women care and how much of a nasty enviorment they have made it. Really sad I was treated this way as I originally only had glowing things to say about this place before having to encounter these women, everyone else seems better though. Dr. Khan is fantastic, she deserves better staff. 0/10

I’ll be honest—“root canal” isn’t something anyone looks forward to, but this experience completely changed my perspective. From the start, the anesthetic was administered so gently that it was virtually painless. The entire team made me feel at ease right away. Vanessa took the time to clearly explain every step beforehand, which really helped calm any nerves. Dr. Kahn and Vanessa both have an exceptional chairside manner—calm, reassuring, and very attentive. Throughout the procedure, they consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable, which I truly appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth, positive experience, and I felt I was in very capable, caring hands the entire time. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone needing dental care.

I began as a new patient and was able to get in quickly. There was a nice comprehensive exam and the doctor was very personable and wasn’t pushy with things that she thinks that I needed. I also ended up getting Invisalign through South Sound Dental, the process was seamless and easy and I’m loving it.

By far the absolute best dental experience I have experienced. Office staff friendly and efficient. Doctor Kahn saw me promptly and addressed my issue right away. I was in and out in less than an hour and that included a tooth extraction. I highly recommend Dr. Kahn and South Sound Dental.

I am very disappointed . I drove to my appt and I thought i had a cleaning today and it was for a crown, no one explained to me the cost of a crown. I usually always have 100% coverage. I understand is the new year and changes were made. No one called me to tell me to bring $504.00 for todays visit. I asked to speak to Sasha, billing person, and I did not like how she got smart with me. She told me I can't call every patient. I understand I am not the only patient. Courtesy call or text would've been nice. The front desk receptionist threw a paper at me to sign without explaining to me and I could not understand her when I asked couple of questions. I love coming here. I like Dr Khan, she is always pleasant and kind to me. I am upset. I took time off work and showed to my appointment. I mean I understand my insurance changed and I was not aware. I had the same insurance for 6 years.

Everyone at the Tacoma location is top notch in patient care and knowledge, from the front end staff to the Dr., technicians and dental assistants. Wait time is minimal, if not on time. Waiting room is clean and welcoming, with great decor. Dr. Kahn takes care of you with concern, knowledge and comfort. She is very personable and friendly. They don't upsell or treat you for something unneeded. They make an unpleasant experience, pleasant. I highly recommend
