Amazing staff! Amazing experience!

Lack of accountability for continued post oral surgery issues, rushed arrogant services by lead dentist, bullying,, shady billing issues, rude front desk female with long black hair. Never again!!

Been going there for 4 years and the dentist are good. But can’t say the same for the staff, rude and obnoxious. Enough for me to fire them completely and switch dentists.

I’m pretty sure nobody wakes up thinking, “You know what sounds fun today? A root canal and a crown.” But if you have to get one, this is absolutely the place to do it. From start to finish, the entire team was fantastic—friendly, professional, reassuring, and somehow able to make a root canal experience about as enjoyable as humanly possible. They explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure, and genuinely made me feel like I was in great hands. The whole office has an awesome atmosphere, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. I went in expecting the kind of day people make horror stories about and walked out wondering why root canals have such a bad reputation. 10/10 experience. Dr. C is a fantastic dentist, great staff, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I have been going to South Tampa Smiles for about 15 years now. I couldn’t be happier with the level of service. They are very honest when it comes to dental work, which I learned early on 15 years ago when I went to them for a second opinion. Their evaluation showed that I didn’t need the 2 crowns and bonding that my previous dentist said I couldn’t live without. I did eventually need the crowns (14 years later), and the hygienist at South Tampa Smiles gave me strategies to help lesson the gum recession (which is common at my age), and I still don’t need bonding. South Tampa Smiles also worked with me when I was between insurances. I have recommended South Tampa Smiles to many of my friends and family, all of whom are extremely pleased with the level of service and professionalism.

Went to South Tampa smiles for my first time took my two children and myself. It was a great experience for someone having sensitive teeth. The dental hygienist was super sweet and took extra care to not cause any pain while still giving a thorough cleaning. The dentist was polite and took the time to explain to me how a root canal works and why it was needed, while viewing the images of my tooth with me to explain the process.

Such a nice and friendly team at this office! It was my son’s first time going to the dentist, and everyone was incredibly kind and made the entire experience fun and comfortable for him. I really appreciated how welcoming and patient they were. I would highly recommend this office to anyone of any age!

Highly recommended nice quiet place for hang out and under a new ownership. The owner is very nice place very clean reasonable price. I’m literally you feel like you are belong there. It’s like family

Dr C is the best, I have recommended him also to friends and family. Dr C cares and doesn't gouge, his prices are reasonable, and his staff is very pleasant. :)
