The dentist and hygienist were excellent. Friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning and exam.

Dr. Rowe and his office staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful when my son had a molar that was chipped. They made him feel at ease and talked him through each step so he wasn't nervous. We will recommend this practice to others and continue to utilize their services when needed.

From scheduling and communication pre-appointment to preparation through educational videos, and then from the evaluation itself as well as the tie release procedure and post-op support, our experience of care for our little 7-week old was excellent! We were so grateful for how professional, skilled, knowledgeable, compassionate, kind, and patient Dr. Rowe, the dental assistant, the lactation specialist, the cranial sacral therapist, and the support staff were with our son and with us, his parents. The appointment itself was very smooth and we are thankful that the evaluation, additional education, and procedure were done within 1.5 hours during the same visit. We traveled 3 hours for treatment at Southern Roots, per recommendation from our speech therapist, and it was definitely worth it. Highly recommend this practice for treatment of tongue, lip, and buccal ties for infants.

I enjoyed Dr. Rowe. He certainly explains issues fully. I listened to his prognosis and I had no decision to make. Few doctors are as plain spoken. That is vital to me. Trust is very easy with Dr. Rowe.

Dr. Rowe (AND HIS STAFF) are aMAZING! He is SO knowledgeable and thorough in his consultations, procedures, and healing plan! He is friendly, personable, detail oriented, and interested in you as a PERSON! His staff is compassionate, willing to answer any questions/listen, and concerned for your well being.
