We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the wonderful team at this office, especially Ms. Vee and Dr. Austin Bowman. Ms. Vee has cleaned Ana Louise’s teeth several times, and every visit reminds us how truly exceptional she is. She is incredibly patient, gentle, and compassionate. She does her work with genuine love and dedication, making us feel safe and confident that our daughter is receiving the very best care. Our daughter has Down syndrome and autism, so dental visits can be especially challenging. She is very strong-willed and will only cooperate when she truly feels comfortable and ready. It takes a very special person to earn her trust, and Ms. Vee does exactly that. She always treats Ana Louise with kindness, respect, and endless patience, never making us feel rushed or judged. We would also like to recognize Dr. Austin Bowman. He is extremely patient, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explains everything clearly and always makes thoughtful decisions with confidence and precision. It is evident that he has experience caring for children with special needs, and that gives us tremendous peace of mind. We genuinely love bringing our daughter to this office because everyone understands and respects children with special needs. Finding a dental team like this is truly a blessing, and we are deeply grateful for the outstanding care they provide. We highly recommend them to any family, especially those with children who have special needs.

My children have been coming to your office since we moved to Charlotte seven years ago, and we have had such a wonderful experience. All of the staff members are incredibly kind and caring. It is clear that this must be an amazing place to work, as I have noticed that you have great staff retention and many of the same faces remain through the years. Took both of my kids (4 n 5 years old) here for their first dental appointment and we could not have a better experience, from the front desk to the girls in the back and the doctor!!!

Courtney and Tonya were wonderful. One of our children is very afraid of going to the dentist, and they were understanding, kind, and professional about the entire experience. We greatly appreciated the detail and time spent with our daughter.

We love this location. We never have more than a 10 minute wait. The waiting room is cozy with tvs for the kids, pretty colors, and just a nice room to wait in. The staff is so friendly and great with the kids. Dr. Bowman always does a great job and we are always in and out quick!

We have been going here for years for our three children and have never had a bad experience. We could not recommend this dental office more. Our kids actually enjoy going to this dentist! Melanie always is very gentle and talkative with our kids and we have had a great experience with everyone there.

Dr. Kaitlin and Dr. Bowman are absolutely wonderful! Both are caring, patient, and fantastic with kids. They make dental visits stress-free and even fun. We couldn’t ask for better care and highly recommend them to any parent.

Dr. Gotschalk and the entire team was wonderful with my 3 year old. He had the best experience and loves going to the dentist, thanks to this team. The setup is also nice, so the younger kids can have you by their side in more of an open concept setup, which relieves some of their anxiety. We had a good experience!
