This is the best experience that I've ever had with a dentist. I truly could not have had a more comfortable experience. Southridge dental took me in for a same-day appointment to address a time-sensitive dental situation. I initially came in for a quick examination with the intention of scheduling a follow-up appointment. They decided to take care of me on the spot. Few other details: 1. They were very skilled with managing my anxiety. 2. The billing was printed out and shared with me following the appointment. It was clear what my insurance covered, and what my expected copay would be. 3. The staff made me feel like family. 4. I will be continuing to come to this dentist/practice the rest of my life. ----- 5/5 stars -------
Dr. Worke is very knowledgeable and patient. Explains everything beforehand. Had an extraction and never felt anything. Willing to work with patients. The staff is also cheerful, and friendly I really would recommend this office to everyone.
Dr. Sheryl Tandon recently sold her practice to Dr. Matthew Worke. It is the same professional staff who worked for Dr. Tandon and they all really like working with Dr. Worke. This has made the transition feel very seemless with the same helpful and cheerful staff that has been at this practice for quite some time. I had a great experience with Dr. Tandon and the entire team. They were able to get my mom in very quickly when she was dealing with severe tooth pain, which we truly appreciated. Dr. Tandon was professional, kind, and made sure she felt comfortable throughout the visit. A special thank you to Katie, the assistant—she was incredibly gentle, patient, and caring. You can tell she genuinely cares about the patients. The entire staff was welcoming and helpful from start to finish. We’re very grateful for the care my mom received. Highly recommend this office!
Entire staff was very kind, patient and thorough. I can’t thank them enough for treating me like a person and making me comfortable. Let me know what I needed to work on and what was I was doing well. Dr Tanden has a very pleasant manner. I appreciated having no pressure to have any work or crowns done. As they were not necessary at this time. I think I’ve made a good choice for my new dentist.
