Comprehensive oral examinations evaluate tooth structure, gum tissue health, bite alignment, and the condition of any existing restorations. Professional cleanings remove calculus and plaque deposits that accumulate between visits, supporting long-term gum health. For patients with active decay, the practice provides composite resin fillings that restore tooth integrity with a natural appearance. Dental crowns address more significantly damaged teeth, and extractions are performed when preservation is not feasible.

I haven’t been to a dentist in a long time, I have issues and was very embarrassed to go. I finally did I couldn’t even look at anybody in the eyes I was ashamed, they made me feel so confortable and the level of professionalism. They weren’t judging me They were there to help me and I smiled for the first time in a long time. The BEST Dentist in San Antonio you gotta check them out!
I had an excellent experience with Southtown Dental group. The staff is very professional, friendly, and generally attentive to my needs. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. They took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. I appreciate their professionalism and the level of service they provided. Highly recommended!
Dr. Berger, dental hygienist, and assistant were all very calming and made me feel very comfortable despite my anxiety and severe toothache from a fractured tooth. In addition, the administrative and billing staff were kind and helpful. I’m from out of town and was treated very well. I’m grateful that I was referred to Southtown Dental.
I like the quick service. I was able to walk in for my appt. Waited less than 4 minutes before I was called back. Was in and out in less than an hour and now have a sparkling smile.
I couldn’t attend my appointment on time today, and I was charged a $125 fee for the missed visit. Our family has been loyal patients at this dental practice for years. It seems they prioritize collecting fees over maintaining long-term customers. As a result, we’re switching to a new dentist.
