The service is always top-notch, and the staff continues to be beyond amazing! My husband and I have been coming to this location for quite some time, because of the excellent job they do. I tried the whitening treatment before attending a family wedding, and was extremely happy with the results. My smile was ready for all the pictures. I also appreciate the kind, knowledgeable staff and their willingness to answer my questions. Keep up the great work! :)

I recommended Dr. Apilado to my sister since her dentist was on vacation and unable to provide treatment and after that is when I started to see his true colors. I wish I had gone with her but truth to be told I did not expect that he was going to convince her that she needed 4 crowns. Once her dentist was back in town and saw the work Apilado did, he was shocked! He said she didn't even need 1 crown and even showed her the recent x-rays and the work he would have done which would have just involved fillings. I was a patient of Dr. Paul Apilado since he worked on Trawood and even when he moved to the Northeast. This must have been a 7-year span at least. He seemed to remember me every time I went in for treatment so I don't know why he said he had no clue who I was when I went to his office to confront him about the unnecessary work he did on my sister's teeth. I mean come on if you are someone's dentist for 7 years how do you forget who they are overnight? Well, when I went to confront him about what he did, all of a sudden he had amnesia. Also, I ended up finding out later from a friend of the family that he did the same thing to them, but actually put crowns on most of their teeth! $$ Hungry? Plus, Apilado's assistants made me pay $60 for an initial oral evaluation just to speak with him, so he still owes me that. I think they could tell he was lying when he said he had no idea who I was but 3 of them still surrounded me and kicked me out. They were all rude individuals themselves to be honest. What's more is 30 minutes later they were calling me on private asking for my sister's name!?! Y'all can just ask your boss Paul.. he knows who we are through his lying teeth. Moral of the story, just be careful if Paul tells you that you need a crown or 2 or 3 or 4 and get a second opinion folks.. Now that I remember, he was upset once when I rejected his offer to do a crown on one of my back teeth for $800 and stormed out of the room. Still got no crown on it and it's perfectly healthy.. Receptionist was super friendly and helpful. Dentist is competent and gentle. Dentist visits are always difficult for me but the staff at Celebrity Smiles always makes me feel at ease. If you’re looking for a dentist, this is the one you want!

The worst experience ever! Do not make an appointment with Southwest Celebrity Smiles. Their main purpose is to up sell any products & membership plans. They do not care about the patients. On June 29, 2026, I had an appointment at 10am for teeth cleaning. The clerks do their best to up sell anything, so I agreed on the annual membership for $249, as soon as I purchased the plan, a different clerk notified me that the hygienist was not going to be available. I asked for the day off so I can visit the dentist & they asked me to re-schedule. No one there is honest. They waited until I purchased the plan instead of letting me know as soon as I walk in or given me a phone call. I have called Adriana Garcia & Nancy several times to cancel the membership, but now I gave to wait 90 days to get a refund. I canceled the membership the same day I purchased it.

Great experience with my root canal! The dentist made the procedure smooth, comfortable, and explained everything clearly. A thank you to Fatima at the front desk she was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Highly recommend this office!

Alysa was an amazing treatment planner. She was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood all of my options. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and never made me feel rushed. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care made my experience so much .I would highly recommend working with Alysa.
